while we dealt with the above issues and didn't say anything, Not sure I'll ever go back.
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

lighting in bathrooms was terrible, water pressure in shower was poor, blood or food stains on the floor, bedding looked used or had stains that were covered by another sheet, couch appeared dirty and the reading lights over the bed didn't work.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

The hotel is run down, not clean, horrible mattresses. When asked to stay in another room bc of the uncomfortable mattress they said they would replace it that evening. They never did. After getting horrible sleep, we decided to check out one night early. They charged us an $80 early check out fee! Unbelievable!

Talked to the GM, she was dismissive and unapologetic. Would never stay at this place again!

I wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The staff was nice and they had a carafe of half and half. Great water pressure and heat in the shower. Also the shower head was high up for us tall people.

Cons:

The room was so outdated. Outlets were hard to reach. Very tiny fridge. Not as clean as I would like it to be. Some of the surfaces still had smudges or something. Sheets and pillows had some stains on them. I had to pay 10$ a day to park.

This hotel is starting to show it's wear, but it's still a good value.

It was adequate for a free hotel breakfast.

Cons:

I did NOT like that when I got there I was informed that there was now a $10 parking charge. It was not on the booking information. I have stayed at this property many times before. This is a new charge. This property is not in DC, nor is it in Arlington or Fairfax County. I can't believe that a a Prince William County property -- and one at the very end of a private road, at that! -- now has to charge for parking for "security purposes"!
