Excellent resort for an overnight stay near Suvarnabhumi Airport.
The airport shuttle was good on time the view from my room was great the room was clean and large but the bed was too much solid I had this hotel because of very close to the airport just one night.
This was our third time at this property. We previously stayed in 2012 and 2023. We stayed for 17 nights this summer (3 different reservations since we went to other provinces during our long trip), and it is still as good as ever. Summit Windmill has great staff. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer is a plus. The massages at the spa were amazing! We will stay again.
This property was beyond beautiful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again!
It is nice to have laundry and kitchen in the suite. The staff is very polite and attentive. We have stayed many times at this property and have always enjoyed our stays.

Summit Windmill is a luxurious golf resort that never disappoints.
The room was excellent — spacious, clean, and well maintained. Great value for the price, and the overall quality of the accommodation exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat affected by the poor service. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming, even when speaking Thai. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is very nice.
The rooms were spacious and the site was quiet. It was a great way to spend the final night in Bangkok for our trip. The golf course looks great, but we didn't get to play as we were only there one night. But the hotel staff were great. We had an early check out to mee tout flight and without asking, the hotel had arranged the baggage handler to come with his trolley to collect our bags to meet the shuttle bus. They were great.
The room size and design is excellent, but quite a few things are missing, which is a shame.
For example, there is a washing machine but no soap powder, and worse, no iron nor ironing board...
The lobby area is underwhelming. It feels like it was not supposed to be there in the original design.
The Fountain restaurant was OK, but really missed out on being quite special. The service there was not brilliant.
The check-in was a disaster the people they don't know what they're doing. The bed sheet had holes in it. Stuff not friendly at all. They smile at you but they don't do nothing that you ask
At first when we arrived, it looked really nice and smelled very nice but when we got to our room on the 8th floor, the A/C was not working family and dining room areas. The master shower was leaking water below the glass into our toilet area, and all 3 beds were as hard as a rock! It was like sleeping on a sheet of thick plywood, VERY uncomfortable. We also had a loud disturbance above us that sounded like adults slamming doors and them fighting. They did move us to another room on the first floor and were very helpful and considerate in our needs. On the first night, I ate at their "Fountain" restaurant and I got serious food poisoning for 3 days and counting but the first two I was very weak. The staff was as helpful as they could be given the poor conditions of the rooms.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The room was spacious and the beds soft and comfortable. The staff are kind and most helpful, and breakfast has everything you could want and was so delicious. We enjoyed and would highly recommend.

Nice property in a quiet area, we enjoyed our stay. Please make sure you update the booking conditions in Expedia in regards to the security deposit. It wasn’t mentioned there so we got a bit of a surprise

There were a few positive aspects, but my overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication and service. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the free shuttle bus. However, I ended up booking a Grab on my last day. The timing of the shuttle service didn’t align well with my schedule, and ultimately, I felt that my time and convenience were more important than relying on a service that didn't meet my needs.
Before my arrival, I had arranged for an airport pickup through the hotel, but unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide any details about the pickup spot. I waited for 15 minutes and sent multiple messages but received no response. After that, I took a taxi.
Despite reaching out both before and after my arrival at the airport, the hotel only sent out generic messages and never responded to my emails or messages. This left me feeling stranded and frustrated. I also tried contacting the hotel 3 times before my stay using different methods: Expedia Inbox, email and the hotel’s online form, but never received any response.
Additionally, I had an unpleasant interaction with a senior staff at the front desk who gave me an attitude when I asked for assistance. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The other staff members were polite and friendly. While I appreciated some aspects of the hotel, the lack of communication and poor customer service left a negative impression. (3.5/5)
