Please note that full payment is required upon arrival.

From 2 December 2024, public bath business hours are:
- Available for women from 15:00–20:00
- Available for men from 20:30–2:00 and from 5:00-10:00

Please note that the sauna is closed from 01:00 until 05:00.

Male and female guests use the public bath on a rotational basis everyday.

When sending packages and luggage to the property, please write the booking number and guest name used to make the reservation on the packing slip. Mail without the above information may not be accepted by the property.

Renovation work of the sauna will be carried out from 02/02/26 (10:00) to 09/02/26 (15:00).
Please note that during the period, the sauna facility is unavailable.
Please note that the women's large bath is open from 18:00 until 20:00 and the men's large bath is open from 20:30 until 10:00 the next morning, during the period.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

朝の軽食があったりドリンクサービス、カップ麺などの提供。桜の時期は夜桜が見れたり早朝散歩ができる。

Cons:

大浴場が女性の使用時間がもう少し幅があると良いと思った。土日のみ幅を拡大など

Great hotel. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lots of free amenities & food. Caring staff. Amazing sized room. Right next to Meguro river which is gorgeous to walk down in cherry blossom season

Pros:

Washer/Dryer in room. Staff was very friendly. Starbucks Roastery across the street was an awesome alternative to Breakfast. Bus in front was convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast was too small, most hotels I stayed in Japan had much better breakfasts than this Dormy Express. A little far from the Metro but the bus was a reasonable option. The room was a little dated but it was clean

Pros:

Good service, accommodating staff, the room was clean and comfortable, the onsen was very nice experience.

Cons:

There was a loud metal bang sound once an hour throughout the night every night. Could be the water pipes, not sure.

As a woman if you like to use the onsen, you need to go before 8 pm. A little bit short on time. But also understand that it's only one (as men use it after 8 pm).
