Good near-freeway hotel, but too close to railway
Pros:

Good size room, clean, quiet except for the constant sound of train whistles day and night. Acceptable breakfast.

Cons:

Constant rain noise drove us nuts

Beds need updating, my shower curtain was above the side of the tub so I had to dry up the floor afterwards.

Pros:

Easy to find and get checked in. We were traveling with two dogs and they gave us ground floor room which made things easier.

TV didn't work. Some channels would not come in.
