Changed address was not worthy
Pros:

Via Anutham was selected based on the location opposite of the pvr cinema. However, on the check in date, they gave the address and new hotel name fab happy residence which is less priced hotel but i paid higher.

Nothing!! It was a horrible experience.

Cons:

The hotel was smelly. Rooms smelled of Cigarettes. The lobby was smelling of Cigarettes, and no alternative rooms were available. The staff were wearing sleepers and dressed like beggars. Absolutely no class!! I walked out of the hotel as soon as I entered in.

Received message from hotel on day of travel when it was passed free cancellation time that for ‘operational reasons’ I had been relocated to another hotel, later qualified as being ‘we have upgraded your room’ to another hotel.
I had someone try to find this new hotel, which they eventually did after hours of searching and despite errors in the address and map location provided, it turned out that the hotel had no reference to my booking and in any case didn’t handle the c-forms required to register the accommodation of foreign guests!
On hearing this I immediately made alternative arrangements.
As far as I am concerned the hotel cancelled my booking.
