Koloa Landing was wonderful. The grounds offered a tropical paradise setting, and the pool was the best I have ever scene, both in the layout as well as the size. In addition, the back lawn overlooked the ocean to help set the best setting. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

You could technically see the ocean. We were on the end, though, but, the views of the interior were just as beautiful! Not complaining about this aspect in anyway/shape/born. Some people might wanna full view of the ocean, but it’s Hawaii, if it’s beautiful, you gotta put a little bit of work in and go for a hike down to the coast ;)

Pros:

We had an amazing time at the pool with our 4 year old twin boys. There were so many unique places for them to play and splash around. The views from the 3 bedroom villa were amazing and it was really easy to get around the island from this location. Highly recommend Kōloa landing if you are staying in Kauai.

Koloa Landing did not disappoint! Staff and resort were great. Stayed for a week in a studio and purchased a combo vacation on Expedia including airfare and a rental car. On site restaurant (Holoholo Grill) was great and bar staff were fantastic.

Pros:

This was a hole in one, we loved every minute of our stay, and we are already planning our next trip! Definitely the best pick for a home base, and a good location for exploring the rest of island (recommend renting a car if you want to do more than just pool side hangs). Can’t wait to come back!

The resort pool was amazing! Didn’t really think we’d use it but we were glad we did! Super close to poipu beach where we got to see sea turtles come up. Would definitely stay again.

I would give this property a 4.5 out of 5. Great location to one of the best snorkeling beaches at Poipu Beach. We saw a lot of fish and sea turtles. It’s only 1.5 miles from the property. I would give the staff a 5/5 but the cleaning crew a 2.5/5. My room wasn’t cleaned properly one day with a door slightly open to the balcony. I have a lot of valuables in the room. The next day the front desk texted me at 8:50 a.m. that the cleaning crew was going to do a full cleaning but no one came before 3 p.m. We were quite disappointed coming home from a long day hiking. The food at the restaurant is very good with big portions and very reasonable prices. The staff at the restaurant were great. We had a pleasant stay and we are planning to stay here again if we come back to Kauai.
