We liked the location of the hotel in the urban area of Narita, with ample places to eat food, and travel when needed to get public transport.
There wasn't much to say about not liking, overall enjoyed our stay.
Ventilation in the bathroom needed a little upgrade but not a major, we got what we paid for.
Room was spotless and the bed super comfy. I loved the array of free toiletries on offer.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before flying back home the next day. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Keisei Narita Station. The room was surprisingly spacious as well.
I arrived before the check-in time, and the male staff at the lobby was exceptionally helpful. He provided me with a local map and recommended visiting Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, which was a great suggestion!
The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities to choose from, and the coffee provided is delicious. Another big plus is the complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport in the morning, which made my departure stress-free. Highly recommended!

Close to station with short train trip to Nairita airport. Surprisingly good restaurant.
Misleading advertising of airport shuttle. It only operates From the hotel and only for the morning. Having chosen hotel because of shuttle service we were grumpy about $50 taxi ride from airport and no info about getting train.

Super convenient location just a few minutes walk from the train station, restaurants, and stores. Comfy rooms (relatively small, but great when all you really need is a bed and bathroom). Substantial breakfast buffet with both western and Japanese options. Nice option to extend checkout time with a reasonable per-hour fee. Would definitely stay again ahead of a Narita flight - much nicer than being stuck at the airport.

It was our first time staying at Richmond Hotel Narita, and our overall experience was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we were especially impressed with the breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were truly commendable.

Easy to get to, just few mins walk from train station, there are also eateries around the area within walking distance and it has shuttle bus to airport available.
