Absolutely recommend!
Pros:

Wonderful 1-night stay after a flight from the US. They are so kind and organized. The room was excellent with a seating area next to the bed. They have water service near the elevator so you can fill a carafe in your room. And they dissuade the use of plastics. The delicious Japanese breakfast was awesome. And again, very kind service. We did a walk to shinshoji temple which was so worthwhile and beautiful. Only 5 minutes from the train station this was the best choice for our first night in Japan.

Nice, clean and free airport shuttle!
Pros:

This was a great hotel for us during out final night in Japan before flying home. The room was larger then many we had stayed in Japan and very clean. Free coffee in the lobby and a free airport shuttle was great. Located about a 5-10 min walk from a very cute shopping street. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Would stay here again.

Location is about the best thing about this hotel.
Pros:

The service here was genuinely good. The staff clearly want to look after their guests, and that part deserves credit.

Cons:

The room did not match the quality of the lobby. We were on the 6th floor, and we had two units. In one unit, the refrigerator did not cool at all, even after being turned on for over 24 hours. The bathroom is a cramped moulded plastic unit, like an airplane lavatory. Every other business hotel we stayed in across Japan, including Daiwa Roynet, had modern stone or stone-effect bathrooms. The extractor also does not appear to work properly; everything in there ends up coated in condensation after a shower, and that moisture is clearly getting out into the room. There is sticky white residue on the chair, the tissue box, the walls and the television. The remote control had dried residue on it. The carpet is not merely dated, it is heavily stained throughout, with overlapping marks across the floor and discolouration along the skirting. The wallpaper is stained in places as well. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept on in years.

Based on other reviews describing clean, well-kept rooms, I suspect this floor has not been renovated in some time.

Sehr kleine Zimmer, wenn die Koffer im Zimmer sind hat man keine Bewegungsfläche mehr. Hotel zudem sehr laut, man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern und aus dem Flur

La Narita che non ti aspetti
Pros:

Personale cordiale e camere comode. Vicina alla zona pedonale, abbiamo trascorso una piacevole domenica di festa lungo la via pedonale che arriva al tempio. Fuori dai soliti giri turistici, merita davvero una visita.

Very comfortable airport hotel in the lovely town of Narita near the airport with convenient access to the town's amenities. Airport shuttle was convenient. Nice spacious room. Complimentary coffee and matcha in the lobby.

Spacious, comfortable and very well located hotel. Great food options less than 5 min walk.
Pros:

Amazing stay in a great location! It was a shame we were only there for one night, before flying out the next morning. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport with departures every hour, which was so handy! Took us right to our terminal.
