It was satisfactory for an overnight stay.
Pros:

It's close to a station, aeon shopping centre and bus stop.
Also love the freebies and free hot drink machine on the lobby floor.

Cons:

I had 2 pieces of small fish, one salmon and one mackerel but boy, there were about 15 pieces of big bones in both the fishes. I took more time deboning the fishes than eating them. My family, 4 of us, went for the buffet an hour before closing time. With still 60 mins to go, the food was nearly all gone. Upon asking, staff said they are not going to refill the dishes (except the bony fish! I wonder why?). There was only one bread roll left in which only 1 person in my family could have it. There were no refills. There were no more noodles, except veggies in the noodles. Curries were almost finished, sausages never get to be refilled, when we arrived, there were only about 5 pieces left. Rice porridge was cold and only a quarter of the pot left.
All in all, the breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. It was our last day in Japan and sadly, it was overcharged to pay for food and not get the quality of food. Won't return to the hotel sadly.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The room is quite spacious. Location is excellent. Close to fun Omotesando street. Near to Shinto temple and grounds. Good restaurant on site.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. It's literally minutes from the train station but also a short walk to the old town, Omotesando. It's such a convenient location and with the free shuttle to the airport it's a perfect stop before flying out of Japan. There is also a small coin laundry which is handy, and a microwave to heat up meals in the common area.
