If you care about a comfortable bed, just avoid it.
Pros:

Good location, close enough to Narita station and restaurants. Quiet. Nice staff.

Cons:

Poor bed, very uncomfortable and one side stuck against the wall. Average continental breakfast, I cannot comment on salty part.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Lage ist top, super nah zum Flughafen und es gibt ein kostenloses Shuttle vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, super ruhig. Die Betten waren perfekt (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich und herrlich groß). Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder vor oder nach einem Flug in Narita übernachten, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel.

Chambre agréable et assez spacieuse. Bien placé à proximité de la gare pour Tokyo ou l'aéroport de Narita. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner assez varié.

Pros:

Net hotel, kleine maar verder prima kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed te bereiken vanuit NAR. De shuttle vanuit het hotel naar NAR toe is gratis en ideaal. Prima op tijd vertrek en aankomst. Wel van tevoren boeken.

Great value overnight stay post flight on the way to Tokyo.
Pros:

Great location close to the airport, was a close to Narita airport and made for the perfect rest stop post flight before heading into Tokyo.

Cons:

Rooms were super tight, but with that said the value was great. Not much I can really fault this place for so I dont really have anything else to add.

It was a comfortable nice stay. We needed it to spend the night to fly out the next morning.
Pros:

The room was very clean and great. I was able to catch the first shuttle to the airport at 6:10. We liked the Italian restaurant inside the hotel and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

My 2 other family members could not use the shuttle at any of the later times, due to it being full. The hotel should be able to provide the advertised service or stop advertising this service so that guests know what to expect.
