Pros:

Location to airport, just 2 stops and just 2 minutes walk to the station, carry my stuff to statin is easy with the escalator; the breakfast was awesome! They provide shuttle to airport, but only in the morning, the last is 10:40 AM. Air is clean in the room, no odor. I like the free coffee/tea machine at the lobby.

Cons:

The toilet need two or more tries to be function; Room size is okay, but it is larger than most of hotel and Inn in Tokoyo where I lived. Carpet is bit old at the front of door.

Ideal for staying after long flight to freshen up and sleep.
Pros:

Very close to Narita Airport. Arrived late in the afternoon and instead of catching the train into Tokyo and arriving at night, decided to book and stay for the night so was refreshed to tackle the train to Tokyo and then Shinkansen down to Osaka the following day. Smart decision!!

My stay at Richmond Hotel was very good for allowing me to see Narita preflight via Narita Airport.

It was very easy to check-in and out. The proximity to town and the airport is excellent. The staff are very professional and kind.
