I would stay in this hotel again when I come back
Pros:

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Super convenient location . We even got our room upgraded with Sky tree views and reasonable price.

Good location and room size, good service and facility
Pros:

Good location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 7-11 literally just downstairs. English of staff is good. They can store your luggage up to 7 days in advance of check in for free, you can courier them or bring them over yourself. They can also sign for your Amazon parcels. Great Skytree view. Good size of room. Shower and bath are great. Parking is cheaper than outside and fairly easy to park, although it’s an elevator style of parking. Gym is a professional one, good for bodybuilders, 24 hours.

Cons:

Found hair on bedsheet, not clean enough. Parking is inaccessible at 11pm-7am, but should be enough for most people. Lift takes quite long to wait although there are 2. Long wait at washing and drying machines, so the hotel should place more of them (only 2 of each now). Overall older and more worn down than I thought.
