Very convenient location, so close to the transportation trains and bus to airport. And there are few shopping mall and supermarkets.
Cannot think of anything that I didn't like the hotel
We loved our stay! 7-Eleven was right in the building for convenient breakfast options. The rooms was spacious enough to fit one large suitcase and a small one. Everything was very clean and the staff was very polite. Biggest plus was the fact that the JR line was a 2min walk from the hotel and there were plenty of restaurants nearby!
We were already familiar with the location from living in Japan but it worked even better than we thought as a base for returning as a tourist. Kinshicho is well connected on all major train and subway lines which made getting everywhere very easy, whilst it's also a little distanced from the madness of central Tokyo, so it was also quiet and easy to relax.
The hotel itself was excellent, the room was spacious (for Japan), the view of the Sky Tree was wonderful, especially at night and it felt quiet, clean and secure throughout our stay. The amenties bar at reception was handy for picking up extra coffee etc. too. Bed were large and comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got, especially when there is a 7-11 downstairs and a wide range of external food places close by. Most of the staff were excellent but there was one who was a bit grumpy every time we spoke to her.

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado del metro, se llega rápido a todos lados. Las habitaciones con vistas a la torre son bonitas, despertar con esta vista es especial. El hotel tiene comodidades cerca como el 7eleven, metro, cajeros automáticos, smoking área. Las camas son muy cómodas y se descansa bien.
El tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeño, para estancias largas se puede hacer algo incómodo porque no tienes ni armario para la ropa. La calidad precio, podría estar mejor ajustada. El personal podria dominar algo más el inglés siendo turístico.

Rooms were small. Would have been better without couch so bags could fit. Couldn’t sit on couch anyway as bags needed to go on it so you could get to bathroom.

Comfortabel hotel, dicht bij metro, dus overal makkelijk naar toe. Er rijdt een rechtstreekse metro naar luchthaven Narita. Kamer comfortabel met Nespresso apparaat.
Ontbijt is Aziatisch ingesteld, weinig Westerse keuze.

Tolle Lage, Mega Blick auf den Skytree. Schönes Frühstück, da gute Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es wirkt etwas angestaubt, das Zimmer sauber aber etwas schmuddelig an manchen Stellen und zb auf dem WC lange Haare und Staub am Boden zu sehen.
Es gibt nur 2 Aufzüge für viele Etagen und teilweise längere Wartezeiten beim sehr kleinen Empfang.
