Pros:

ロッテのアイス、お菓子が食べ放題でお得感があった。
部屋は広く、きれいでスカイツリーも目の前にあり素敵な部屋だった。

Cons:

ロッテのお菓子が日替わりで変わるなど変化が欲しかった。
アイスも人気のものはすぐに無くなり、補充がないため食べたいアイスが食べられなかった。
