Did not want to leave!
Pros:

Stunningly beautiful hotel. It is like an Oasis in the city! We were a room across the road and wow, it was gorgeous. We also had our own pool area. In my experience, the second location is always a bit lacking - not here - it is just as beautiful and literally across the small road. The staff are incredible - big shout out to Luis (who runs a tight ship at breakfast) and Patty (the beautiful housekeeping lady). Honestly, we did not want to leave. Tlaquepaque is THE place to stay in Guadalajara, it is stunning. And felt safe walking around at night. Lots going on at night, amazing restaurants and bars - would come back in a heartbeat. Easy, cheap Uber to Colonia Americana etc.

Cons:

Toilet was not great at flushing!

Pros:

The location of the hotel was close to the centro so we were able to walk there with me and my family. The breakfast was also great, they had Mexican and American breakfast options.

Cons:

The taxi service was too expensive when it was time to leave to the airport and it didn’t accommodate me and my family of 7. I would recommend getting your own uber or taxi. The shower curtain in the shower was too short so water would get all over the floor and had no bath fan for ventilation. They have laundry service at an additional cost however I felt that is something that should be included with the total price, especially if you staying a few nights. The hot tub was not working properly and the pool had no lights on the inside so it was super dark at night.

Muy agradable y acogedora estancia
Pros:

Excelente y muy amable recepción y bienvenida.
La habitación estaba lista, con un ambiente agradable y muy acogedora.
El servicio de desayuno en cortesía fue muy bueno también.
La ubicación es excelente para moverse caminando por el centro de Tlaquepaque.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Our tour agency helped us booked 3 nights with this pretty cosy hotel.
The staff are very friendly.
The room comes with breakfast. You have a lot of choices from omelette, to poached eggs, to pancakes. Service is also prompt.

The room is spacious for 2. Everything works well. The only pity is that our room does not come with a balcony.

Hotel is abt 7-8mins walk to Tlaquepaque which is a very pretty area to walk ard.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Boutiquehotel im mexikanischen Stil. Der Aufenthalt ist ein Erlebnis. Mit 2 Pools, geschmackvoller Gestaltung und Bepflanzung ist es eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Tlaquepaque, dessen Zentrum zu Fuß bequem oder noch bequemer in wenigen Minuten per Uber erreichbar ist.
