Pros:

Absolutely lovely and serene. My friend and I shared Room 4, on the ground floor just around the corner from the pool. Staff was kind, helpful, and unassuming.
We were offered a welcome cocktail, and a coupon for a complimentary breakfast each morning of our stay. Breakfast consist of fresh fruit w/ granola and yogurt, fresh juice, coffee, a pastry, any complimentary entree of our choice from a wide selection.
The location is 10 min walk to Tlaquepaque, 5 minute walk to Del Ray papas (an awesome late night taco stand) and 20 minute Uber to pretty much everywhere!!

Cons:

The spa was being repaired during our stay, but honestly, everything was so awesome at this place we had to just let that go and accept that things like that happen sometimes. The pool was still a treat!

I absolutely love this place. Have stayed multiple times. Very safe, authentic and comfortable.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed our private terrace at this pet-friendly establishment. It is a pleasant, safe 10 minute walk through the neighborhood to the much busier tourist center. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Having secure parking across the street was really convenient.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was weak but it got the job done.

Pros:

El desayuno excelente, muy completo y exquisito. El personal, especialmente los meseros muy amables, serviciales y prestos a atendender tu mas mínimo requerimiento.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que hubiera botanitas en el bar, como para terminar la noche en un ambiente tranquilo y relajado, la atención del bar tender, excelente, las margaritas, quizas las mejores que he probado. Hubiera sido perfecto con algo de botana para compañar.

Perfect location for a large family to access the art and history of San Pedro Tlaquepaque.
Pros:

Location and that breakfast was included for our family if 12. Fabulous wait staff, friendly front desk and service staff.

Cons:

Loved everything, our 3rd or 4th time to stay here so our family can walk to food and fun.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful people! I will remember this place fondly.
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the hummingbirds feed on the flowers. The staff made us very comfortable and were so helpful and nice.
