I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was large and very comfortable. The interior atrium is just amazing.

The location was great. Easy walking to public spaces, restaurants, and other central city locations.

The most impressive aspect of our stay was how wonderful the staff was. They made us feel very welcome upon our arrival, and we’re wonderful throughout our stay.

El hotel tiene una arquitectura y decoración increíbles, las vistas en general son muy simples con vista a una calle sin atracción turística y del otro lado a un terreno baldío, me parece que la mejor vista es hacia la parte frontal del hotel. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La cama aunque es muy alta tiene un colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. La ubicación es de lo mejor, donde inicia Paseo Montejo y en la esquina se ubica la 47 que es el corredor gastronómico. Lo recomiendo mucho

No tiene una buena vista a la calle, hay también muchos mosquitos, aunque se entiende porque tienen muchas plantas y enredaderas en el patio central que es parte del atractivo del hotel y el precio aunque es un hotel boutique es un poco alto.

Een mooi traditioneel aangekleed hotel
Pros:

Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen, vandaaruit ben je zo bij de bezienswaardigheden. Het was een mooie binnentuin, een mooie kamer met fijne badkamer en een enorm bed.

Cons:

Er kon geen raam open en wij kunnen niet tegen airco. Dus in de loop van de nacht toch maar de airco aangezet met gesnotter als gevolg.

Pros:

The location of this boutique hotel is perfect for a short visit to the charming town of Merida. We were fortunate to arrive on a Saturday afternoon as there was a festival with Mariachi music in the plaza in front of the hotel that evening. The staff were friendly and always helpful with our queries.

Cons:

The room, a junior suite, was comfortable but didn't have a fridge which would have been helpful in the absence of a bar in the hotel.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful. They gave us wonderful sughestions for how to enjoy our stay. The room way clean and comfortable and the cleaning people did a great job every day, leaving us an adorable different animal figurine made with a towel.

Cons:

The pool looked like it hadnt been used in years and was not inviting at all. The restaurant was just so so.

Schönes Hotel im Kolonialstil, mitten in der City und trotzdem Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten früher einchecken und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir konnten uns sogar das Zimmer aussuchen.

Cons:

Leider konnte man den Balkon aufgrund des Lärms nicht nutzen, zudem Blick auf ein Meer von Klimaanlagen.

Beautiful boutique hotel (but no coffee)
Pros:

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely central courtyard and a balcony in our room. The staff are very friendly and the reception desk is attended 24 hours a day. The housekeeping staff kept the room sparkling clean. The location is excellent, and on a quiet street close to everything in the historic district and the Paseo.

Cons:

There is no coffee maker in the room and no coffee for guests in the lobby. The attached restaurant does not open until 7:30. The closest cafes also do not open until 7 or even 8 a.m. I had to walk 1/2 mile every morning to a convenience store to get coffee. Although the rooms were spotless, the bottom and sides of the small pool were covered in algae, so I never went in even though I selected this hotel because it has a pool. The street is quiet in the daytime, but the bar next door can get loud at night sometimes.
