The Location was an easy walk around town and restaurants.
The beautiful hotel foyer and very friendly helpful staff.
The hard bed , too hard for me

Everything! It was in a great location and the staff was excellent!
No complaints.
Wonderful location! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.Beautiful courtyard and facilities! Possibly the best place we have stayed!
Nothing
The staff were incredibly helpful. They gave us wonderful sughestions for how to enjoy our stay. The room way clean and comfortable and the cleaning people did a great job every day, leaving us an adorable different animal figurine made with a towel.
The pool looked like it hadnt been used in years and was not inviting at all. The restaurant was just so so.
Absolutamente TODO!!!
This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely central courtyard and a balcony in our room. The staff are very friendly and the reception desk is attended 24 hours a day. The housekeeping staff kept the room sparkling clean. The location is excellent, and on a quiet street close to everything in the historic district and the Paseo.
There is no coffee maker in the room and no coffee for guests in the lobby. The attached restaurant does not open until 7:30. The closest cafes also do not open until 7 or even 8 a.m. I had to walk 1/2 mile every morning to a convenience store to get coffee. Although the rooms were spotless, the bottom and sides of the small pool were covered in algae, so I never went in even though I selected this hotel because it has a pool. The street is quiet in the daytime, but the bar next door can get loud at night sometimes.
Beautiful hotel, great location!
Central location, comfortable bed, gentle staff
Cockroach in the toilet on the first night. Cold shower as they didn’t turn heater on the first night. Hotel is next to one of the loudest clubs in Merida (Tropico), so music was super loud until 3am. The doors and windows are very old and do not job of insulation. The breakfast is not worth it (a plate of fruits, one old pastry and black coffee - you can ask for some milk, period); considering the many coffee shops around, makes no sense to go.
La decoración y hospitalidad del personal .
Great location at base of Paseo Montejo and around the corner from all the restaurants on Calle 47. A short walk to the Plaza Principal. Friday night folkloric dance was directly in front of the hotel. Rooms were large.
