Got Hungry-restaurant closed (4 pm)
Wanted to watch the Blue Jays-no sports on the TV!!!!!!
Never again!!!!!!

I called ahead as I know it’s the off season to ensure the hot tub and fire pit were going to operational. They assured me it would be. I also requested some decorations for my husbands birthday. We arrived the hot tub was
Closed and no mention of his birthday.
As a result we ended up leaving early - of course you can’t get a refund but the entire trip was for rest and relaxation in the hot tub as my husband has a bad back and our hot tub is being replaced. If I had of known it would have been out of service we would have stayed at a different hotel

New ownership and management in the past three months
Registration desk, girls were wonderful very accommodating. The first night we stayed we couldn’t get heat. Evidently the furnace was not working and we were unable to stay a second night. We were refunded the money.

We were there off season and on a Tuesday so the restaurant was not open for dinner but it is a beautiful natural site with golf course and marina with beach area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Renovated and ultra clean room.

Limited menu options and not impressed with the dinner menu

Terra st tge ftont desk was amazing. She recommended the Red Neck Bistro, sine yhe hotl restaurant and var are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. She git ys a rude with Paddys Wagon so we didn't have to drive. Her service was excellent right down to a Burthday card with breakfast biuchers and champagne glasses so we could celebrate in style.

The best Customer Service I’ve received at a hotel by far!

Every employee greeted me with a smile, asked about my day, and engaged in a conversation.

The Resort was clean, and had a relaxed vibe.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable.

The grounds were also well maintained and sitting by the back pond, with a view of the ski hill, during sunset, was a bonus!

It’s also located near hiking trails, a small golf course, a brewery and great restaurants.

I highly recommend this property ❤️

Unfortunately I was there for only 1 day, but this place is beautiful. A little off the beaten path but not far from other amenities. I was there in the summer, but I can imagine how amazing it would be in the ski season, with the hills right there.

Food was ok, but talked to the chef an he assured me that it will be revamped and top notch, I will be checking back.

A great place to spend our Anniversary, the special "Greeting" banner and card were a nice touch.

Very nice room and the view was beautiful up the mountain. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink or tea. Staff very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back

Gorgeous surroundungs, info on website did't match hrs of pool and hot tub when we came to pool- so glad we were early!
The girl at desk said breakfast all day, only till noon( I think she was new)....
No hairdryer in room!!

Room was beautiful and clean ..view of pond and fountain - lovely!
The rate of the room going up $100 because last room- obscene.

Still one link on computer says Breakfast included, the other link changed, good I found it!

Overall loved our stay the staff had no problems with a later sign- out, which I appreciated!

The hot tub could use anoher 8 inches if water, many remarked and it could be hotter- but super lovely sitting outside at the bottom of the hills!

It would be helpful for the pool and hot tub to be open from 7:00 AM-10:00 PM. A short time before 9:00 AM and after 9:00 PM would be more appropriate for guests to use them.

Great overall experience. Nice and quiet..

Room was very big and clean. Restaurant was open at random times and had a very limited dinner menu. We had issues with getting the TV to work and our door key cards not working. We had no phone in our room to call down to the desk. No information given to us about anything at all inside or out. Hot tub was no very hot. Very disappointed overall.

Staff very friendly. Specialy Marek front desk manager- polite, respectful and super friendly.

The hotel staff for amazing; especially Jagjeet he helped with changing my reservation and with assisting me getting my bags out of the room and checked out in time. While the hotel pool area is quite out dated and the hot tub was out of service, the staff and the rooms were excellent. We would return

The only thing missing is the restaurant is changing chefs, so there is a need to update menu to a more interesting menu. Once that is complete, the facility as a whole is great. Room was lovely, beachfront and boats are A plus.

Overpriced. Amenities not as advertised. Most things closed early (beach said 8 - went over at 6pm all closed)

Not much good but ok. Pool great no furniture to sit on. Whirlpool not working. Balcony but not great view. No restaurant for dinner. Breakfast very expensive. Beach no shade. Went to different beach. Will not be back
