Pros:

Design and location of the hotel ! Almost private little beach & exceptional food service by super friendly staff Jorge and Gustavo ! Receptionist Gabriel was very helpful and organised us a super excursion as well !

I suggest to upgrade the room - for more space and light, we had economy room for three nights ! Window opening - airing the rooms. But overall - all good !

Perfect place to relax and unwind.
Pros:

Perfect quiet location on a small quieter beach, but close enough to hotel zone and 10min drive to Tulum town. Basic hotel but clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Beach loungers and restaurant run independently from the hotel. Pool area isn’t the biggest, mostly for the kids.

Lovely, simple beach hotel. Not luxury at all but sweet and rustic.
Pros:

We were under the impression from booking .com that breakfast was included, it was not. But it was delicious.

Staff, especially Aaron from the restaurant, and gabriel were wonderfully kind and helpful.

The hotel was right on a beautiful beach with lounges and hammocks to accommodate.

Cons:

We rented two rooms - one, a king room, was absolutely perfect - rustic but clean, lots of light, beautifully situated with a view. However, the two twin bed room was incredibly disappointing. It was dark, tucked almost into the restaurant, it was dark and cramped - no fresh air (no windows other than the sliding door which we couldn’t keep open as it faced all who walked by - which was everyone), no daylight and felt like we were in staff quarters. We were even told it didn’t have a coffee maker as twin rooms didn’t get them…It was not at all what was advertised and a massive disappointment.
Gabriel, at the front desk, however, moved us to a king bedroom as soon as one opened up. It seemed even he knew that the room we’d been placed in was unacceptable. The move was an enormous improvement - airy, clean breezy…..it saved our stay.

Also - no rooms had soap in the showers.

The hotel is a big run down - needs some work. One of the gates broke (when she simply opened it) and fell on my 8 year olds head, she’s lucky the rusty nails missed her…

Pros:

Beautiful and cozy hotel just by the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms and the staff at the restaurant was superfriendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a seaview. Small but clean pool for a refreashing dip. We loved the nightly visits from the cautious racoon family. Over all a fantastic stay!

Cons:

A bit pricey for our budget but happy with the stay.

Super bequeme Day beds sowie Liegen inklusive, aufmerksames Personal, erhielten bei Klimaanlagenausfall sofort ein Ersatzzimmer, sehr sichere Lage mit Wachschutz 24/7

Cons:

Im Bad findet keine Luftzirkulation statt, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Keine Ablageflächen. Lage: zu Fuß wenig erreichbar, da kein Bürgersteig, Auswahl von nur einigen Restaurants

Pros:

The hotel is amazing! We had our bungalow nr 3, which was perfect - close to the beach. The feeling is great - Carribbean vibe - they have beds and umbrellas at the beach for free if you stay in the hotel. The staff is kind and always helpful! We will definetly come back if we come to Tulum! Strongly recommended!

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage direkt am Strand war fantastisch und es gab gute gratis Liegen vom Hotel am Strand. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht.

Cons:

Leider ist es etwas hellhörig. Speziell Do-Fr-Sa war die Disco zu hören. Wir könnten beide schlafen, aber Menschen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf könnten hier Probleme bekommen.

A localização é excepcional, com a pousada situada diretamente na praia. O atendimento prestado por toda a equipe foi espetacular, e o quarto era confortável e acolhedor, proporcionando-nos uma sensação de estar em casa.

Cons:

Duas áreas de aprimoramento que, embora não tenham comprometido a hospedagem, poderiam ser otimizadas:

- Conectividade Wi-Fi: A velocidade e estabilidade da conexão Wi-Fi apresentaram deficiências significativas, inviabilizando o uso para atividades que demandam maior largura de banda, como videochamadas e streaming. Mesmo com a presença de múltiplos pontos de acesso na propriedade, a manutenção de uma conexão consistente foi um desafio.

- Design do Box do Banheiro: O design aberto do box do banheiro resultou em alagamentos recorrentes após o uso, dada a pressão da água. A instalação de um fechamento para o box ou, alternativamente, uma cortina, solucionaria eficazmente este inconveniente.
