It's a must STAY and I will definitely stay again whenever I'm visiting without hesitation.

I loved the location, friendliness, comfort, cleanness, and safety. The hotel staff welcomed us with kindness, smiles, generosity, and gave us pointers on how to navigate to the other villages. This hotel is a must STAY and I'd definitely will whenever I visit again.

Great views but
Pros:

Overall the surrounding views are astonishing the volcanoes and the lake, incredible views. Staff, so nice and polite, restaurant food, so delicious. The gardens, precious!!

Cons:

The only thing we didn't enjoy was our sleeping time, our bed had bedbugs, so was very hard to have a good sleep, unfortunately. We didn't mind to pay the rate of the hotel, but I think, because of this issue, was overpriced. We would think twice to come back to this place. And we recommend the management take care of this issue seriously.

Lo que mas me gustó es que está en frente del lago.

Cons:

No me gustó que el extractor de olores del baño de la habitación sonaba muy duro. Lo bueno es que es un circunstancia totalmente solucionable.
