LA MEJOR UBICACIÓN
Pros:

Lo que mas me gustó es que está en frente del lago.

Cons:

No me gustó que el extractor de olores del baño de la habitación sonaba muy duro. Lo bueno es que es un circunstancia totalmente solucionable.

Great place to stay if you want to experience the bustling energy of Panajachel. The facilities within the hotel are goo
Pros:

Fantastic location, near the beaches and the Main Street in Panajachel which made everything convenient for our trip.

Cons:

The reception staff weren't always very helpful and didn't give very accurate advice on the need for a $700 credit card holding fee. Overall, the staff were always helpful and really kind. The only issue were the hotel staff not being entirely clear on parts of our stay which caused some stress.

Rooms very dark and dated. People talking in walkway outside our ground floor window. Kids crying in the morning.

We would not want to return here.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the rooms were disappointing. No airconditioning, no fridge, no coffee, only Spanish TV.

See above plus the restaurant was expensive with a limited unimaginative menu.
