Pros:

Very beautiful well kept property. Staff always maintaining the grounds. Servers around the pool and beach are lovely and very quick to get you whatever you may need.

Cons:

I wanted to use a bike one day and they don’t offer a regular bicycle at no cost(at least that’s what the front desk man told me). They only offer electric bikes for a 4 or 12 hour span, for a fee. The man at the front desk is useless as well. I was trying to use indrive(basically tulums uber) and he was ZERO help. Since I wasn’t using the towns Taxi it seemed as though he basically shrugged his shoulders and a “figure it out on your own” attitude. Same attitude I received when I inquired about the bikes.

Очень симпатичная, милый отель отдыхаем в нем уже 2 раз , цена завышена, но для Тулума это нормально) здесь платят не за

Стандартные номера расположены возле дороги , в них очень шумно, нет никакой звукоизоляции, ощущение было будто ты спишь на остановке) мы поменяли номер с доплатой 50$ за сутки

Me encanta la ubicación de Amansala, la playa es estupenda, el servicio y las instalaciones exteriores fantásticas.El personal el muy atento.

Cons:

En mi opinión las habitaciones no son muy confortables. Un poco incómodo el baño. Por los materiales que usan el olor es algo penetrante, y se siente poco acogedor..

Beach has been covered in seaweed seasonally. I came then. Beach hotel but u can't enjoy fully.
Pros:

Food is great and it is a nice location. Nice staff.

Cons:

Seasonal seaweed blocks the beach, smells bad and water is brown. You can't access the ocean unless you want to walk through ten feet of seaweed.

Pros:

The property being oceanfront, views, healthy food, staff, activities available. Looking forward to visiting again and using the new gym!

Not worth the price, will not come back
Pros:

Beautiful property, but location is both quite far from restaurant center in zone hotelera and far from city centre Tulum.

Cons:

Bad service. Had to repeat orders several times. Room service food arrived cold. Although the staff tried to be nice and kind, I think they were not properly supported by leaders to do a good job.
