it was bad but the supervisor made it better by offering better rooms
Pros:

The first rooms we received the aircon was not working, the mirrors (food smug) and kettle (dust) were dirty. You could smell the the cigarette smoke. Eventually they gave us a room because we wanted to go. The guy at the reception did not even come up to the 4th floor to check the rooms. The third floor was better with the working aircons. The hotel could improve on the sound proof the sound from outside was bad. The superior in charge made a huge difference

Room extremely small, only 1 power outlet at the desk, none at the beds and only with european plug!!!
No towel replacement, no coffee, no sugar replacement.

Superb
Pros:

My stay went well, and i was happy with the room. I liked that the hotel is situated next to a shopping center, and there are a number of food outlets in the vicinity. Thus, i did not have to travel far for food and other needs.

Cons:

The WiFi connection was very poor in the upper floors, and the problems with the generator that caused poor interruptions.
