The overall cleanliness of the hotel, Housekeeping staff provided water and cared for my other needs and location is prime and close to everything and access to all types of transportation

Cons:

The food menu is good but the taste is not there and the fact that room service was always late (30-40 minutes) late and some days they even forgot I had ordered. They put an intern on the phone who has clearly not been trained and didn't understand what was happening in the kitchen. Lastly I complained about the toilet odor/smell but nothing was done about it until the I checked out.
