Pros:

Breakfast was good. There is room for improvement. Add more stuff like mushrooms to omelette/egg section. Add fresh fruit salad

Cons:

Dinner, very limited option. Please add fish to the dinner buffet

Apart from the meals, my stay was perfect and the location is excellent.
Pros:

The meals were too biased to beef and there was limited leaf vegetables. This was a problem for me who is on a controlled diet.

Cons:

The hotel can do better on the meals especially for a la carte. i thought i didn't get much value for money and one has to wash their hands from the rest rooms as fingers bowls were not provided.

I only need a place to sleep for the night, and it served that purpose.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The lady who walked me to the room to open it (Could not get a key because the system was down) was very professional and polite.

Cons:

Slowest check in at a hotel I have experienced The people behind the counter seemed unconcerned that I was standing waiting for so long - at least an explanation that the system was down would have helped me to understand why it took so long (about 20 minutes just to check in). No room key because of system. No Wi Fi. Very limited TV channels.

It was nice but the linen were not confortable especially the duvet inner, iI think needs to be revi
Pros:

room was always clean, unfortunately I did not eat breakfast as I always left early for my classes but enjoyed the dinner every night of my stay. The bed was good except the linen, though clean but the duvet inner was not good at all, I suggest it be reviewed for comfort

Cons:

remove the duvet inner and come up with something more comfortable
