Comfortable bed.
Location, scary elevator, loud noises from railroad yard next door during the night otherwise quiet. Also $100 deposit for room upon checking in.
Good for a stop-over on way to Little Rock
All felt a bit tired and basic
The property was clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly at check-in, and the location was incredibly convenient to the nearby medical center and local dining options

Pool needs some work, and updating. Looked really dingy and not well maintained. Hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was disappointing.
The bed was comfortable and did not see any pest.
The room smelled like mold and mildew. There was a hint of cleaner maybe bleach. The shower did not get hot. After about 5 minutes I was able to get luke warm water to shower. Check out time on the booking and binder in the room states 11am. However, at 9:30am, staff knocked on the door to ask if I was leaving or staying another night. I explained that I would be checking out by the check out time. I was in the bathroom, and staff was attempting to open the door. This was within 20 minutes of the first knock. I was checked out by 10:10. The location surrounding neighborhood not family friendly. I would not recommend this location.
We stay there when my son had surgery 2 years ago unfortunately he passed away last year from his cancer. Now we to stayed at the hotel for my nephew he went through brain surgery, the hotel is so close to the hospital that's why we stay there and it is very convenient for families who have family in the hospital.
There is nothing that I don't like about this hotel it is so convenient being so close to the hospital and all of the staff that work there are very friendly
The whole process was quick and easy and I got the best price! My whole experience from booking the room, checking in was so easy, to checking out was so simple.
The only thing I liked about the property was the location.
Our room was not clean and there were bedbugs. We had bites all over our bodies the next morning. The TV in our room did not work.
