I have been to worse places, it could be so much better!

Room not really clean. It was dusty, the linens and pillows had odor so i had to get pillowcases. Hair was in the bathtub. Coffeemaker was dirty and not working. Lamp had a bulb that was out. The breakfast area was the only decent thing about the stay.

Great place to stay! Will definitely be back.
Pros:

We absolutely loved the indoor pool. It was a major plus for the kids. The room was very big & spacious. Beds were comfortable, so comfortable we slept right pass breakfast. Staff was nice & friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was a little slow.

This hotel is unsafe for families

We have stayed at this hotel for 15+ years. It has never been a 5 star or anything to brag about, But it was convenient. We have been there where there were homeless vagrants wondering about the building, people smoking drugs outside and inside the building, having to change rooms from broken items in the room to nasty not cleaned rooms. But this is the last time I stay there and I will tell every single person I know what goes on in that hotel now. I have already alerted Shriner's hospital and the people in charge of helping Shriners families get to appointments. My child could have been shot because you allowed prostitutes and drugs into the hotel. Your night manager knew what was going on and he knew the prostitutes,like knew them like a pimp knows them. He reaked of pot last night and this morning and was clearly high. When I contacted the front desk about what happened on the 4th floor his answer was not of concern. Your workers have put the lives of everyone in that in danger. You should be ashamed.
