I felt like I took my grandkids to a houngy hotel. They could do better.

Location good, food decent but fruit was old.

Cons:

Fresh fruit, telling us the water slide was broke ahead of time, walls could be cleaner, furniture shouldn’t have rips in chairs and scratched up wooden furniture.

Great experience
Pros:

We were there with 13 teenagers for Kintaba State FFA. We were not the only school there, but you wouldn’t know it. It was a great experience from check in to check out. The facility was clean, staff was friendly

Good location.

Cons:

Its an older hotel. Needs to be upgraded. You can hear the water running through the walls, like the other showers running and toilets flushing. It just wasn't super clean or nice.

Friendly staff, easy to find off the Interstate, decent amount of choices for breakfast.

Cons:

Waterslide was out of order, juices were not available at breakfast, late start time for breakfast on weekends when we had to checkout early, and no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms.

The pool and slide hours. Its poorly advertised online and by staff. When I called to confirm pool would be open before I booked they said yes not informing of their slide open hours. This is our second time staying here and it will he the last.

I want to sincerely thank Nikki (hotel manager) for her kindness during a very difficult time. I was traveling due to the loss of my father, - and it just happened to be a montana blizzard at the same time! she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including helping extend my stay without any stress.

Her compassion and professionalism truly meant more than I can express. In moments like that, kindness matters — and Nikki made a lasting impression.

Business Trip to Great Falls
Pros:

Great Hotel with comfortable beds and a good continental breakfast. Close to the interstate and in a quiet part of town. Would stay here again!
