Great Hotel!
Our suite was amazing, clean and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and the food at the buffet was hot and plentiful.
Staff very helpful. Breakfast always topped up and hot. Coffee machine makes one cup at a time from fresh beans and is delicious. One of my co-workers requested a fridge and they got him one. Room was comfortable and housekeeping kept it tidy. Hot tub and pool were nice even with the sports team of little kids running around. Nice hotel.
All of the air conditioners in this hotel are very very old and the coolest you can get the room down to is 69 or 70 without them freezing up. They came in and reset ours twice and we finally packed up and left and went to another hotel.
Hotel was clean and rooms ample. Also just 5 minutes from Great Falls airport, and many options for food around. Great stay!
No refrigerators or microwaves in ANY rooms. I’ve stayed at a couple thousand hotels never experienced this. It absurd do not come here
Friendly front desk staff, super helpful.
The lady at the front desk was really nice. Very polite and respectful to all of the guests that checked in ahead of me. I think her name was Nikki. Overall it was a nice motel. The pool area could have been a little cleaner in particular the pool bathroom. Breakfast was good and it was nice that it was opened until 10 am on the weekend. Overall, I would stay again.
The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast was good and even had gluten free options. The pool was nice to play in, unfortunately the waterslide was closed. The room was clean and beds were comfy.
Nice clean room and easy check-in. Clerk at check out was very friendly and professional. Cinnamon rolls are always a plus.

We booked this specific hotel for the water slide. We didn’t know that it is only open on weekends. It was out of service anyway. That was our only disappointment with this property.
The most recent m was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, good rate good breakfast. A bit dated. No frig n room but still comfortable
As usual the Great Falls Staybridge was excellent. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable with one exception. We had a handicap room to accommodate a person in a wheelchair who is unable to stand without help. The problem is getting a person who is 5’3” into a bed that is high off the floor. I don’t understand why they can’t put a mattress on a platform without the box spring to make it easier for a handicapped person.
Took my granddaughter for a night away so we could swim and have fun. Neither the slide or jets for the hot tub were working. The pool is heated. Fell on the steps getting into the pool as it’s very slippery. The rooms were clean, just some cosmetic wear and tear, but that’s to be expected since it’s not a new hotel. The staff was very nice. Overall it was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t do it again without confirming everything is working.
We paid 248.00 for water slide and hotub . Upon check in there was a sign that waterside is out of order and hottub jets were broken . Paid 100 more to come here for the things that weren't working could have stayed at cheaper hotel with pool .
