Hotel Misión Campeche

Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator and the parking location was far, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available and the parking place closer, it would have been a perfect experience.

Great place to stay . Close to everything. Housekeeping staff was wonderful . I was confirmed a room on the 1st floor due to difficulty climbing steps . Upon check in I was told it wasn’t available . It’s ok just be up honest and don’t confirm what you can’t deliver .
Small maintenance issue in room. Should be checked periodically . Enjoyed stay .

A very well located historic property. Close to many restaurants, public squares, and museums. Great for exploring the city by walking or by short taxi rides. The staff was very helpful especially considering our Spanish was not very good.

No hot water. Couldn't take shower before checking out.

Clean hotel

Nice hotel, some rooms are too small, I was lucky that I was moved to another room with no problem, very helpful staff.. It was a nice stay and will stay again for sure!

Colonial style building ,many rooms facing in onto the inner courtyard. Insect screen on the windows.
Lounge areas on each level.
Simple furnishings but huge bed taking up most of the floorspace. Fixed shower.
Breakfast very simple and served to order in courtyard on ground floor.
Very well located to explore Campeche on foot.
Stayed one night only as part of a small group tour.

No dormí nada, había contrición dentro del edificio a las 3 am. No volvería a quedarme ahí.

Había construcion a las 3am como si estuvieran derribando algún muro y no pudimos dormir nada.
Es céntrico pero el espacio de los cuartos es pequeño.

Clean , excellent staff , close to 59 th street and close to the malecon .

Bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival. Water was never cold. Besides these things, the hotel was fine.

Booked the room at this location as a romantic retreat for my wife and I. Paid for a nice big room with a romantic view of the historical area, only to arrive and find out that the window is covered with paint and cenment for construction on the building and the buildings around it. Didnt get a discount or another room to make up for it. Service could be better.

The staff was very friendly but the room was not in the best condition and The parking lot was two blocks from the hotel

Terrible service, we had to switch rooms twice because of the horrible humidity smell, and later in the night because the AC stopped working, the water to shower was very cold and worst the employees were very rude saying they couldn’t do anything to fix the issues with the room. Also due to the restaurants outside the hotel the music and noise what very high all night up to 3am.

Check in was painful, otherwise was clean, pleasant and charming, but the third floor was challenging with not Potter service

Well situated, helpful staff, impeccable

It was very clean, Staff was helpful and friendly and it is located in a good area for walking.
Internet wireless access was not the best as we constantly have to log in and the devices will get disconnected continuously.
There was construction going on at night in the same building but not the hotel. Staff was made aware of this and took corrective action,
