Pros:

Le personnel à l’accueil au petit-déjeuner ou les dames de ménage sont très accueillantes très sympathique et aux petits soins.
Le déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits frais de qualité.
La chambre est spacieuse ultra propre très calme. Le matelas est de bonne qualité .
Un petit bémol pour la cabine de douche, un peu étroite.
Tout est très propre .

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und leise. Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Ein Tür miiten im Zimmer, die zu einer Treppe in die Tiefgarage führt.

Die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht regulieren. Erst nach der zweiten Reklamation, hat man die Sicherung rausgedreht.

Der TV ging nicht. Nach Hinweis des Personals, man solle die Sender scannen und damit unnötigen 30 Minuten Zeitvergeudung, "bequemte" sich der "Herr" um selber nachzusehen und stellte fest, TV geht nicht.

Von 3 Amgestellten waren 2 sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Dritte leider extrem hochnäßig.

Colazione super varia. Camera molto pulita.
Pros:

Camera molto grande. Molto illuminata. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito in zona albergo. Colazione ottima, molto abbondante, vastissima scelta. Anche per persone celiache, lo staff si è reso molto disponibile e erano super attrezzati. Camere molto pulite e ben attrezzate di asciugamani e shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone per le mani.

Cons:

Accoglienza abbastanza cortese da parte della reception.
