Albergo con grandi potenzialità,ma consiglierei personale più professionale alla reception.

La posizione, il bagno e la pulizia.

Cons:

- Accoglienza da parte dei due ragazzi al nostro arrivo e durante il soggiorno,(non posso segnalare il nome in quanto erano privi di targhetta identificativa).
- Allo stesso personale é stato segnalato che le casseforti nelle camere non funzionavano e durante il nostro soggiorno non hanno risolto il problema. Anzi, hanno risposto che erano a conoscenza e quasi tutte le cassaforti in hotel non funzionavano 😅.
Inoltre la prenotazione con Booking, prevedeva il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno di 20,00 €, ma all’arrivo mi é stato richiesto il doppio ed il personale si é giustificato dicendo che dal 1 gennaio 2026 tale tassa era stata aumentata, ma a noi non era stato comunicato e Booking ci ha detto di non pagare nulla in più.

Carino ma tanta luce in stanza
Pros:

Hotel carino con personale molto disponibile e gentile. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La tenda oscurante per la notte è di colore giallo chiaro e quindi quasi completamente inutile. Questo fa sì che al mattino presto ci sia parecchia luce in stanza disturbando molto il sonno. Peccato perchè il voto sarebbe stato sicuramente più alto.
