Wonderful place in Mornington
Pros:

Great place, location, clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Big spacious room. Stayed in a 4-single capacity room which is two single beds and one double bed, great price. It has connecting room so good for big family groups.

Cons:

Nothing really. But the room next door (number 33 whoever you are haha) came in at like 2am obviously drunk and we could hear everything through the connecting door. They were chatting giggling, nothing rowdy, but until 4-5am. We couldn't sleep.

Overall lovely place.
Pros:

We were in a renovated room. It was spacious.

Cons:

The room wasn’t in one area. Homes were like individual. Only thought the pool and spa you had to walk outside in the cold.

Okay, for a short trip.
Pros:

Loved the size of the room and the fact I had a little garden which I wasn’t expecting

Cons:

I felt that the property needed some upgrade some work done to it. There was some Hair still in the bathroom when I arrived although it was super clean there was still hair in the shower. I didn’t end up using the shower anyway as I only stayed one night. Felt the receptionist was quite cold and unwelcoming very much a Motel vibe rather than a hotel.

Beautiful lighting in room, room newly renovated, nice kitchenette, smelt fresh, chairs in room were very comfy. Loved the little design feature to the side of the beds to charge phones and put a book.

Cons:

When we arrived, I had to wipe the bench top- it was dusty and there was a dead insect on the bathroom floor. It was very clean apart from that - it seems it was left empty for a while and someone should have done a final check over before handing over key cards.
There was only 1 hook in the bathroom and then a little rail for the hand towel, so no where for the second guest to hang their bath towel.
The communal laundry worked fine but very old - I’m sure this would be part of their renovation plan as seems they are renovating in parts. The laundry definitely needs some cleaning though.
