Grateful of welcome & downstairs room, thankyou!
Pros:

My daughter travels to Mornington for work on a regular basis, & invited me to come along with her. I recently injured my leg & am very limited with mobility.
The staff kindly arranged a downstairs room next to my daughter, which I truly appreciate.
Good reading articles from the office enjoyed also.
Thankyou for the great service.

Friendly staff and considerate. Great location. So glad the spa was working.

Cons:

Needed to ask staff for towels and toilet paper on arrival. Thought there may have been some wine glasses to enjoy a beverage. Next time will book a more updated room.

Great family stay.
Pros:

Great location. Really easy to book, and arrival customer service was lovely. We have stayed here a few times and the rooms are always clean and tidy, and the beds are great.

Cons:

Not much to be honest. Its a shame we were not there during the day, as the pool looked great! The parking can be a little tight, but thats being pretty picky.

A great place to stay in Mornington, walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants etc. very comfortable.
Pros:

We always stay here, very comfortable and great location. Staff are friendly, and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Only small thing - heating system needs updating - otherwise wonderful.

The Stay was relaxed, cosy, comfy and great!
