We had a good time would like to come back so awaiting to hear rates for Christmas time ?
Pros:

Comfortable room. Chelsea was very helpful. I have asked about Christmas booking but awaiting to hear back .

Cons:

No broom in room or brush and shovel so we could sweep the floors. With it being winter dirt came in so a broom would be helpful. Maybe an extra blanket for bedroom. Please put a peeler in with cutlery to peel veggies and ? Can opener. Thanks

It is perfect for a short stay, it is fully equipped. Clean ,the bed was clean, big and comfortable.

Good location close to shops and pub, comfy beds, and the heated pool is a great asset
Pros:

BEING SCHOOL HOLIDAYs it was not too busy and the heated pool was a great way to entertain kids on rainy days
bed was comfy

Cons:

our rooms 17/19 were clean apart from skirting very dirty in toilets
our location was at the back of the hotel where renovations were in progress and tradies were working so it was noisy
we have stayed a few times before and enjoyed everything however now the hotel feels tired and needs a facelift
it was disappointing no restaraunt any longer
