The bungalow private pool could be a lithe cleaner, although I umderstand we are in the middle of the jungle. Restaurant menu could be improved with more choices.

Otele 1 çift saat 02:00 da geldik sizi restaurant ya bekletecez dediler. 1 kahve söyledik onu bile hesaba eklediler. Odalar da temizlik sadece yatak düzeltmek onun dışında hiç bir temizlik yapılmıyor. Kahvaltı dahil alıyorsunuz ancak ala carte ve çok az doymadan kalkıyorsunuz. Ek birşeyler isterseniz hayır alamazsınız deniyor. Kahvaltı da çay istedik ona bile yok dendi. Hem ek kahvaltı istemenize hem de çay a bile yok denmesine rağmen size imza attırıp bahşiş bırakmanız için zorluyorlar.
Amazing property, the rooms were so clean, comfortable and private. The staff was incredible and the food was delicious.

- sobotní dopoledne v podání speciálních hostů (soundhealing, breathing) je skvěle strávený čas.
Snídaně:
-Ačkoliv jsme měli snídani zaplacenou v rámci ubytování, každý den jsem musel podepisovat účtenku na 0,- USD s dotazem o spropitné obsluze.
-Snídaně neprobíhá formou bufetu, ale výběrem jednotlivých jídel z menu, ve kterém je většina nabídky za peníze. V rámci zaplacené snídaně je pouze na výběr z několika jídel v různých kategoriích. Pokud máte chuť na 2 jídla ze stejné kategorie, za druhé musíte zaplatit.
-V rámci snídaně máte nárok na cafe, ale pouze na brew. Pokud chcete capuccino nebo jinou variantu kávy, musíte si extra zaplatit.
-Obsluha byla velmi pomalá a vždy zapomněla alespoň na jedno objednané jídlo nebo pití. Požádat o spropitné nikdy nezapomněli.
Čistota:
-Pláž má skvělý potenciál, ale je zanedbaná a nikdo se o ni nestará. Všude spoustu odpadků a mořských řas. Chápu, že mořské řasy je těžké každý den odklízet, ale když to dokáží jiný hotely a beach bary, tak nerozumím, proč takhle drahý hotel to neumí.
-Hotel by byl krásný, ale působí značně staře a neudržovaně. Všude popadané listí ze stromů. V sobotu kdy probíhá pravidelná večerní párty v celém hotelu zvýšený počet pracovníků, kteří celý hotel uklízí a připravují na večer. V sobotu vypadal hotel daleko lépe, než jiné dny. Vypadá to, že na pravidelném sobotním večeru jim záleží daleko víc, než na ubytovaných lidech v jiný dny.
-Pokoj byl celkem čistý, ale okolí pokoje nikoliv. Bazén a okolí bazénu špinavý.
Jídlo a pití:
Jídlo i pití bylo velmi drahé a absolutně neadekvátní kvalitě. Mám porovnání s jinými podniky v okolí, které jsou levnější, kvalitnější a na lepším místě.
Pokoj
-nedostatek osvětlení na pokoji. Musíte si svítit telefonem, abyste v pokoji mohli fungovat.
V celém hotelu jdou cítit odpady.
Primo was a great help and made the property much more personable and enjoyable. There is a Private beach and bar. Village is the same property as papaya, but on far end. Our Bungalow was simple and tasteful, much like tulum used to be before the party scene moved in. Recommend an ocean view and you will be happy. There are late parties during the weekend which you will hear, but can also enjoy as a guest.
Papaya Playa is an amazing place. The property is beautiful and directly on the beach. They hold super fun events and parties with major headliners (Jan Blomqvist, Diplo, Hugel, Giegling, etc.) which are included for guests. The best part though is the staff. They treated us like family and made us feel right at home. In particular; Nicer, Javier, Primo, Roxana, Victoria, along with many others have been absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make the stay seamless and unforgettable. The hardest part was actually leaving the place. I will be back and I highly recommend staying at PPP.

Primo our guest Host took really good care of us. Clean Nice rooms with all you need. Food was friendly for most with allergies. Really good Beach front even with a pool. Recomend this place to everyone.
Both hostess have really nice vibes and friendly. Great architecture in general. Attention by waiters and food can be better. Party vibes and backstage service was great.
Our stay at PPP was very welcoming from beginning to end. All the staff, reception to hospitality crew were amazing. Special thanks to Primo and Nancy for making us feel like part of the family here. The jungle atmosphere, art, housing, beach front is great. Also positive is that there’s parking for guests. You have a lot of options for food, mini markets and things to do around. What I loved the most is the acoustic in the rooms. Tips: place your Bluetooth speaker on top over the curtains facing the shower. Play some ambient music, walk around the room and especially under the showerhead and experience a wonderful sound experience. The place is quiet and chill.
The attention to food should be uplifted for the price level they are charging.
I chaperoned my daughter and her 4 friends on a 19th birthday trip. The place was magical! The level of kindness and service are unmatched. I adored my room with rooftop pool. Primo from reception seemed to work 24 hours a day and anticipated our needs. It was a relaxing, beautiful stay.

From the moment I arrived, the concierge team led by Primo was incredibly friendly and even helped me find a lovely room upgrade, which made the experience extra special. Impeccable hotel with lots of Instagram photo locations and one of the most beautiful beaches you will see. Excellent sound system and even at night the lighting allowed you to see the waves coming in.
Had an incredible stay at this hotel truly an amazing experience! The staff were all very nice and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Sergio, our waiter at the restaurant, who made the mornings even better with his fantastic service.
Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food and, of course, a great view over the water.

Very nice ambience, very peaceful. Beaches are pristine and not crowded at all. Staff has been very friendly . Friendly cats are a added bonus
PPP is a magical place the stay exceeded expectations. When you go there find Primo! he went over the top for all the needs I had.
I went to Papaya to have breakfast and immediately fell in love with the place. I liked the atmosphere and peace - compared to all the other beach clubs. The view from the restaurant is stunning and the food is great. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. . Primo showed me the place and told me more about the philosophy of Papaya and all the things to explore. Since that I have been there three times for yoga classes, breathwork sessions and chillin at the beach and I will come again. Papaya is my favorite place in Tulum 🤍
