Stunning property albeit some ways away from historical main area
Pros:

Lris at the concierge was so beyond helpful for all our needs as we checked in and planned our trip. The gym was complete and big, overall the property was clean and very spacious.

I wish the mall was attached to the hotel

Excellent stay in Suzhou!
Pros:

Cleaning staff was extremely friendly.
Wrote personal notes to let me know what had been cleaned etc.
Location was great especially if your room is facing the Jinji lake.

Great location, highly recommended for Suzhou trip
Pros:

Big and clean room. comfortable beds. The best part is the location -- a short walk are restaurants, a retail building, and a bridge with view of the lake. Also, the wifi works! We could connect to it.
