I would stay here again it’s in a good location and it’s quiet didn’t have a problem

Location, nice size room

Cons:

There was no hot water in shower, we complained to staff and were told they reset water heater. When reset didn’t work, we were told we could move to another room and when we checked before we moved we found cold water in shower in that room and 2 others.. Staff blamed city water, and Hilton for limiting temperature of water but nothing was done to solve the problem. We were booked for three nights and feel we should have been compensated for at least one night for the inconvenience. The room was clean and roomy, bed was comfortable and availability of breakfast and happy hour was a plus.

Room was clean and well-appointed. Wifi worked. Breakfast was very disappointing.
Pros:

The lobby where breakfast was held was very cold the first morning. The second morning we were there, there were no hot foods (eggs, potatoes and sausage) that had been there the day before. Disappointing, esp. when compared with the poster in the elevator displaying several breakfast foods.
