De accomodatie begint in verval te raken. Ik kom hier al jaren maar het begint steeds meer op te vallen dat er geen onderhoud wordt gepleegd. Het tapijt rafelt en is versleten en het behang komt langzaam los. Het service niveau neemt helaas ook steeds meer af. Ontbijt is niet aan te raden.

My 4th visit to this hotel but first in 7 years. The Qube Hotel was disappointing this time. Tired decor in the rooms and staff and services below average. I don’t think I will stay here again now that new hotels have opened near by.
location is great for the metro with a shopping mall and restaurants nearby
The heating in the room was off the scale with 27 degrees recorded one night. I complained to the front desk on the first night that the room was too hot and they sent up a little lady with a long ladder to open up the small window. The heating controls could not be adjusted. The second night I again complained and was told housekeeping would attend to adjust the heating, when I returned from having dinner this was in the form of a fan being plugged in which had the affect of a large hairdryer blowing out hot air all night. The hotel also advertised a shuttle to the airport and this was not provided and the wifi was rubbish but I guess this is down to the government not the hotel.
