I have never been cared for at a hotel this much!
Pros:

The service I received at this hotel was the best I have ever received. I felt like the staff cared about me, knew me by name and went out of their way to make sure I was looked after. Especially Nicole, she pre ordered breakfast for me to be ready before the restaurant was open as I had an early start in the mornings. She also asked what time my flight was back home and offered a later check out so I didn't have to wait at the airport for hours. This is certainly something I have never seen before. One of the best experiences in a hotel I've ever had.

The room was beautiful, very clean, very functional and the shower water pressure was amazing!!

Cleanliness, friendly staff, parking, and proximity to LGH , and the tea bags were filled each day .

Cons:

A little expensive for the second and third day of my stay, but mainly only because all I was able to do was sleep there, and was busy during the day.
A bit too far to walk to the city centre.

Cons:

The parking on-site was limited due to multiple other businesses having allocated parking - the signage of who owned what parking spaces, at what times, was confusing and could lead to getting a fine for using the wrong parking spaces.
