Good thank you, under the circumstances
Pros:

I liked not hearing doors slaming all night, very quiet

Cons:

Upon check in the gentleman told me there were no available rooms, when my stay was already confirmed there were 3 rooms available. He really put on a show. I was very upset when I arrived, he assumed I was going to bring trouble? I don't know anyone in Launceston, id had a very upsetting experience.

Nice hotel close to restaurants and shops
Pros:

I got upgraded to a bigger room with a kitchenette which was nice. I arrived prior to check in time and the staff were very helpful in doing the paperwork early (to get me a parking pass) as well as letting me leave my bags at the hotel while I went for lunch. The room price included a cooked breakfast and barista made coffee, which was great value!

Cons:

The room was missing bedside reading lamps, the only lighting was on the ceiling which was not very cosy while laying on the bed.

Spacious, beautiful room. Gorgeous bedroom with spa. Huge bathroom. Was perfect for a girls weekend away.
