Bad smell
No breakfast. Location near the beach, but homeless people around.
Very negative vibe. Homeless people walking around, police vehicles in or near the property.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had. I cannot believe this property is being advertised the way it is online. It was filthy, run-down, and looked NOTHING like the photos on the website. The difference was so extreme that the photos honestly looked AI-generated or so heavily edited that they completely misrepresented what this hotel actually looks like.
The most disturbing part was the situation when we arrived. This hotel has exterior room entrances, meaning the doors to the rooms open directly to the outside rather than into a secured interior hallway. When we pulled up, there were people sitting directly outside the rooms with shopping carts full of belongings and junk, dogs, and items piled around them. There appeared to be homeless individuals staying or congregating right there at the hotel, not simply somewhere in the surrounding neighborhood.
My husband, my children, and I genuinely feared for our safety. We felt extremely uncomfortable getting out of our vehicle and walking to our room with our kids. This was not what we expected based on the hotel’s website AT ALL. As parents, feeling like you have to watch your surroundings just to get your children safely into your hotel room is completely unacceptable.
On top of everything else, there was NO air conditioning. The room and property were filthy, the conditions were incredibly uncomfortable, and the entire experience felt nothing like what was advertised online.
I cannot emphasize enough how misleading the listing and photos felt. Had we been shown accurate, current photos of the property, the exterior room entrances, and the actual conditions we encountered upon arrival, we NEVER would have booked this hotel.
I rarely leave reviews this negative, but other travelers, especially families with children, deserve to know what we experienced before booking. We could not wait to get out of there.

NOTHING! It horrible.
The front desk lady was very nice.
Everything else beside the office reception.
The room did not have air conditioning.
The floors were caked in filth.
The tub had black mold around it.
The sheets were stained.
There were random pills under the bed.
There was garbage all over outside.
There were homeless people dumpster diving out back and loitering.
The room stank
The TV didn't work.
And the mattress frames were to small for the mattress.
Like I said nice lady up front but Managment, house keep and maintenance all need to be fired today. I took my family on a road trip and stopped into this dumpster fire. I had yo insure them it was only for one night and as soon as we woke up, we would be leaving and never coming back to this town.
Quiet. Nice. 100X nicer than Summer Wind Motel or Travelodge in Newport Oregon.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures on the website, completely different bedding old, our dresser , the top drawer , was missing the bottom, there was rustings from an old blade on the windowsill of the bathroom, there was no screen for our windows and being on the ground floor we couldn't keep it open, it looks like people live there and most look very sketchy, didn't feel safe, leaving our room in the evening because of the people around outside that we're hanging out. Maybe there are rooms that are nice , but ours was gross. The price we paid for this room was ridiculous and way overpriced

The bed had blood on it the remote didnt work the fridge wasn't cold I had to get extra pillows and extra towels there was no ac and it was so hot in the rooms we had to take shifts watching the room because the people around were so sketchy will never stay here again.

The staff was nice
The room had mold in it, and I did not stay at this hotel. I checked out the same day I checked in, and booked another hotel.
The bed was fantastic.
There was only one light overhead, which made things a little difficult to see when it was turned off. There was a broken light switch when I entered and the window was unlocked, so I had to inspect to make sure no one was in the room. The TV only worked if I added my own apps like netflix. There was a fan for cooling.
