The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant. Set in a quiet leafy area about 6 kms from the city centre it was refreshing to hear the birds singing from our balcony in the morning .. Geoff & Annie from Melbourne Australia

The location is right in the center of Pudong area and the hotel staff were absolutely amazing.

7号線から徒歩で行けて、龍陽路にも近かったので、便利だった。朝食がとても美味しくて最高でした。

Iliked the room and amenities

The rooms were dated but extra spacious.

Well folks, hear me out.

Went for business to Shanghai and some good times, perhaps see a full-on chateau from an ancient dynasty on the way.

I’ll be damned when we walked into this place. Never expected a true five- star chateau in Shanghai, dreams come true. Great experience.

Checkin went perfect, except for the decline on my card. But hé, not the hotels fault. Got creative and figured it out together..

Room wonderful too. Reminded me of my trailer back at the park with the boys. For sure eye for details. Balcony door was locked, but the friendly staff opened it right away.

From check in to relaxation on the balcony with a blunt: less than 5 mins. My kind of place.

Too bad I couldn’t test out my new bikini. Forgot the shaver, but even worse: the most surrounding the chateau was empty. Not sure what happened, perhaps the recent typhoon sucked it all up.

Anyway, that is the only thing that sucked figuratively. Went into town for some literal action and got lost.

Woke up in Beijing, Forgot to check out, but great overall experience.

Dans un style un peu rétro, l’hôtel est exceptionnel, avec un service vraiment haut de gamme. Je n’ai pas eu le temps de tester les installations sportives mais la liste est impressionnante et semble bien fonctionner. La resttest OK, sans plus. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

개발회사에서 고급 빌라를 지으면서 호텔을 옆에 지어 수익성을 높인 것으로 보임, 사진에서 보이는 물은 풀이 아니고 그냥 조경에 일부이며 심지어 밖으로 나가는 것도 허용되지 않음. 친구집 게스트하우스에 하루 묵은 느낌. 외국인 숙박이 많지 않아 허둥지둥 하느라 체크인에 30여분 소요됨.

객실-좋음.
위치-so so. 하지만 조용.
룸서비스음식-나쁨. 내인생 최악의 나지고랭을 맛봄.

kein Englisch sprachiges Personal, sehr unfreundlich, nicht flexible und lange Wartezeiten, bis man bedient wurde.

Maginfico hotel cerca del complejo ferial y del aeropuerto. Es claramente un hotel 5 estrellas en todo sentido. elpersonal muy amable y un excelente desayuno y wifi. Queda muy cerca a un sector residencial lo que lo hace muy tranquilo.

Very large room, very comfortable. Good to stay for everyone.

시설은 매우 훌륭합니다만 직원들이 영어가 부족하고 청결상태가 약간은 불만족스러웠습니다.
