Prima niet te veel van verwachten dan is het ok

Lag centraal en de basis voorzieningen war ok

Het bed, kussens waren veel te zacht. Ook is het standaard dat je kamer gedurende je verblijf NIET wordt schoongemaakt en ook geen schone handdoeken. Dit moet je expliciet aangeven dat je dit WEL

Pros:

Alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Besonders toll war das in unserem Zimmer bereits ein Hundebettchen incl. Näpfe für unseren Hund bereit stand. Tolles Frühstück, gute Lage, jeder Zeit wieder.

A terrible experience
Pros:

The location was acceptable though far from the sightseeing areas that I went to which were about cruise third Reich walking tour, etc.

Cons:

I didn’t like the attitude of the front desk staff particularly Seidel. While checking out today, she asked about my stay. I told her I was not happy since the linen was not changed and I had not been told to ask for it to be changed every day. I had to ask on the second day when dirty towels were lying on the floor. And then the next day the cups had not been cleaned and changed. I had to call the third time after they told me they were doing it. I told Seidel I will not be back at this hotel and she says that’s fine. We don’t want to see you back. Instead of being accommodating and accepting what the customer is complaining about she was quite arrogant and rude. I was shocked at her manner and couldn’t care less attitude. I told her I will give this hotel bad reviews on all the sites. She did not care. Of all the hotels I stayed around the world. The front desk is always accommodating and admitting their mistakes and apologizing except here. Even while checking in I waited from 12 o’clock till 3 o’clock in the lobby because they told me that no room was available even though cleaning of rooms starts at 12. It is unimaginable that none of the rooms were clean for three hours. I was willing to pay €10 per hour extra for an earlier check-in as they had suggested on a prior email exchange . I would not recommend this Hotel at all to anyone.
