-this time staff was not so much kind. When seeing a queue of people at the reception (4 people waiting), they did not care to put another worker even though they were walking around (when only 1 was working). Check out took 15 min

Gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage und ausgesprochen gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Hotel ist gut gelegen. In circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Alexanderplatz (U-Bahn)
Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und gut. Besonders betonen möchte ich, dass es auch einige vegane Optionen gibt (vegane Wurst, veganer Käse). Es gibt sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten, nur mit Hafermilch.
Das Personal war durchgängig, extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Cons:

Das WLAN hat bei uns nicht optimal funktioniert. War aber für uns jetzt nicht relevant.
