Het was een heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Dichtbij het OV
Weinig geluid op de kamer van andere gasten. Uitgebreid ontbijt.
Fijne badkamer.

Cons:

Een stoel op de kamer was fijn. Het dekbed was wat te warm.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights in July on our first visit to Berlin. We found the hotel to be very well located and had easy access to public transport so we could get about the city with ease. The hotel itself felt relatively basic but it has all we needed. Although we did miss that there was no fridge in the room. We had a couple of problems which were all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was fine. It had lots of different choices and I think even the fussiest eater would fine something they liked for breakfast. I can't comment on the hotels restaurant as we didn't eat there but it did seem to have a good choice and prices were generally similar to those of other restaurants. Beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. There is a supermarket just next door which was handy for picking up bits and pieces. All in all a very satisfactory stay which allowed us to make the most of our trip

Never again!!
Pros:

Checked in and was told there would be works, but was still put on a low floor. After getting in very late, I was woken at 9 a.m. by loud drilling and banging. I asked to move rooms and was told one would be arranged, then later told to stay put until Monday. I also requested room service. I came back at 7 p.m. before dinner, room still not cleaned. I ended up gathering all my belongings and going back to reception to insist on the new room. Staff were dismissive throughout. This was ridiculous. I will never stay here again and would advise others not to bother. Plenty of better hotels nearby without ongoing building works.

Personal sehr nett. Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kaputte Möbel. Zimmer war sehr verdreckt. Der Teppich voll mit Flecken, dass man sich nicht getraut hat barfuß zu gehen

Keski-Euroopan matkamme kallein, mutta myös hienoin majoituspaikka. Ravintoloita, kauppoja ja nähtävyyksiä oli runsaasti kävelymatkan päässä.

Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Nice room, very clean and in good condition!
Great location.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't good enough for the cost.
Changing channels on the TV was very slow, TV would turn off when "menu" pressed. More international channels or ability to cast to it would be good.
