Great location but expected more for the price of the stay
Pros:

The location was great. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, the carpet was stained and needing replacement. The room service only happened daily if you notified the reception staff no later than 9am the next morning which was the only hotel in my 5 week trip that had this policy.

Pros:

The room was big and clean although the toilet didn’t have much intimacy. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The hotel was nice but I didn’y like the fact that it was very difficult to use the stairs to go up and down, they were kind of hidden. I explicitly asked the staff to please have a room around the first floor and they gave me the 7th floor, they could at least accommodate me in a lower floor.

Hotel de referencia para visitar Berlín por su excelente relación calidad-precio-ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, pues se puede llegar andando en poco tiempo a los principales lugares de interés turístico.
No obstante, el transporte público en Berlín es tal vez el mas eficiente que me encontrado hasta ahora en las diferentes capitales europeas que he visitado y, a pocos metros del hotel hay paradas de metro, autobús, tranvía y trenes de cercanías, por lo que el hotel está excelentemente comunicado.

Situado en una gran avenida, a unos 300 metros de la archiconocida Alexanderplatz, en los aledaños del hotel se encuentran numerosos restaurantes de cocina local e internacional de todo tipo.

El DESAYUNO EXCELENTE, no tanto por la variedad de productos alimenticios - que es abundante - como por la GRAN CALIDAD de todos ellos. Tal vez el desayuno de mas calidad que me he encontrado en los últimos años en hoteles de 4 estrellas.

Las habitaciones, son suficientemente amplias, muy bien insonorizadas y con cómodas camas y almohadas.

Si bien no hacen la limpieza de habitaciones a diario, salvo que lo solicites en recepción cada día de estancia antes de las 09.00 am, en cuyo caso la hacen sin sobrecoste alguno - circunstancia que te explican a la llegada -, la limpieza de habitaciones y espacios comunes es buena.

Mi esposa y yo pernoctamos seis noches y, si volviésemos Berlín, escogeríamos nuevamente este hotel para nuestra estancia.

Agradecemos enormemente, que aunque llegamos a las 11:30 am y, pese a que la hora de entrada eran las 15:00, como tenían ya alguna habitación disponible nos la asignaron sobre la marcha, circunstancia que agradecimos tras haber estado viajando toda la noche.

En definitiva, un hotel de referencia para visitas turísticas a Berlín, sobre todo si priorizamos la relación calidad-precio-ubicación.

Good sized room. Close to public transportation.

Cons:

Dated decor and finish. Shower drain slow to drain. Side table on one side of the bed was broken. Small fridge in the room didn’t work.

Pros:

Зручна логістика, пішки можна дістатися до музейного острову та телебашні, в номерах чисто, привітний персонал, є паркінг.

Cons:

Номер на двох осіб з окремими ліжками досить маленький, немає шафи, речі лежали у валізах.
Сніданок хороший і великий, але кожен день однаковий, ми зупинялися на 6 днів і на шостий день вже не могли дивитися на цей омлет, бекон і сосиски :)
