Fun, friendly and delicious stay!
Pros:

Super friendly staff that were all very happy and professional - very clean - perfect location to travel and explore all of Berlin - incredible buffet breakfast

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Buen desayuno.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado. Desde el aeropuerto el tren S9 te deja en Alexanderplatz, muy céntrico, y a 10 minutos caminando ya tienes el hotel.
Desayuno variado. Alguna opción para intolerantes al gluten (pan, que hay que pedir, y cereales).
Personal amable.
Sauna y gimnasio con variedad de máquinas.

Pros:

Het hotel is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met OV.
Het personeel is heel behulpzaam, vriendelijk en werkt heel netjes/schoon.
De kamer lag voor ons aan de binnenplaats, waardoor het heel rustig was.

Cons:

De temperatuur in de douchekraan schiet van lauw naar heet.

Pros:

Nothing. Customer service was poor

They didn't room service. I had to sleep on unchanged sheets and no drinking water or coffee
