Nothing flash but a good place to stay for a long weekend, staff were very helpful

Überteuerte Zimmer mit mäßige Qualität

Die Lage, das Personal

Cons:

Ich habe für zwei Nächte über 450 € bezahlt. Eine Reinigung ist aber nur auf Wunsch möglich. Beim einchecken hat mir das niemand gesagt dass ich ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen muss dass mein Zimmer sauber gemacht werden soll. Als ich das reklamiert habe hat man gesagt jemand wird meine Handtücher wechseln was aber nicht passiert ist. Das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht sehr sauber. Es war eine aufgemachte Mineralwasserflasche im Zimmer. Das Klopapier war zu Ende. Überall waren so Flecken. Die Fernseher sind aus dem letzten Kahrtausend ( kein Smart tv kein you Tube. Kein mirroring nichts )

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zu warm und stickig im Zimmer, auch mit Klimaaanlage.
Nachts konnte man nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen, das war dann inital etwas laut trotz Fensterlage zum Innenhof

Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzel ve temizdi.

Cons:

Comfort oda aldık ama nesi comfort anlamadım. O kadar küçük bir odaydı ki iki kişi yan yana geçmenin imkanı yok. Valizlerimizi bile sıra ile açtık.

Alexanderplatz a presto!
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, vicino Alexanderplatz, molto centrale, Duomo e Isola dei Musei raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. In generale la zona è tranquilla e ben servita sia per quanto riguarda i mezzi che i negozi. Stanza pulita, con tutto il necessario, ben insonorizzata, bagno spazioso. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, in stanza era presente la moquette che io personalmente odio ma a parte questo dettaglio, tutto sommato trascurabile, niente di cui lamentarmi.

Nur gute Lage, sonst Durchschnitt.

Die Lage war super.

Cons:

Die Heizung im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. An der Rezeption wurde uns versichert, dass man sich darum kümmern würde. Es ist aber nichts passiert.
Im Bad waren die oberen Regalbereiche nicht gereinigt. Die Fönhalterung war locker. Alleswirkte schon recht alt und abgenutzt. Lediglich die Dusche war in einem akkuraten Zustand.
Es lagen nur Handtücher für eine Person bereit, obwohl für zwei gebucht war.
Das Rezeptionspersonal wirkte angespannt und nicht sehr freundlich.
