Das Personal, der Herr bei der auschecken war extrem unfreundlich, die Mitarbeiterin bei check in kannte die Prozesse nicht. Das Hotel verlangt 50 Euro Kaution bei einchecken aber das war nirgendwo im Vertrag zu lesen

Pros:

We stayed only one night, but location was perfect for us to go to Swiss Life Arena, and the room was comfy and cosy. Underground parking - very convenient if travelling by car (extra charge 25chf).
