Don’t recommend, it’s better to book an apartment, but not this hotel

Cons:

Staff was not friendly at all, the quality of food was very bad. Also once I came to the breakfast (it was not included, and they didn’t tell me about it, just charged me and that’s it). It is very unprofessional! Also they did the check in for 30-40 minutes, staff spoke Spanish between themselves and it was so disrespectful.

Modernes Hotel
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, modern, bequemes Bett, Klima vorhanden, nahe Stadion Letzigrund

Cons:

Verständigung am Telefon und Rezeption war teilweise schwierig, da nicht alle deutsch konnten.

Hôtel super bien décoré, original et accueillant et bien sécurisé
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner paraît super bon, mais nous ne l'avons pris...juste un café, croissant.
L'emplacement idéal pour notre sortie (Au stade Letzigrund) et en plus avec parking, vraiment tout ce qu'il nous fallait!

Ottima soluzione anche per le famiglie a 30 minuti dal centro.
Pros:

Il parcheggio sotto la
Struttura, la concessionaria BMW a 5 mt., la pulizia .La stazione del tram a 100 metri ( linea 2) per raggiungere il centro città.

ed una cassaforte , la funzione Netflix non funzionava sulla TV.

Great stylish hotel close to the main tram to go to the center
Pros:

I liked the decoration and style of the hotel, it smells good at the entrance, a bonus for the free drink, the gym, the staff and the location.

Clean facilities but broken air conditioning marred the stay

Clean facilities, close to the tram and city, and easy to find

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work as advertised. When I asked the reception for help, they shrugged their shoulders and said they’d give notice to maintenance but that they couldn’t help us further. The stay was hot and uncomfortable and didn’t match the claims that the room was air-conditioned. Poor customer service.
