Parkgebühren wurden auf mein Zimmer gebucht und berechnet, obwohl wir unten am Automaten im Parkhaus bezahlt haben. Die Rezeption hat explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass unten gezahlt werden soll.

Im Nachgang wurden meine Nachrichten teilweise nicht beantwortet. Dann falsche email Adressen geschickt, bei denen ich meinen Nachweis abgeben kann und der Ton der Nachrichten war durchgehend unfreundlich.

Am Ende wurde mir mein falsch abgebuchtes Geld aus „Kulanz“ zurück überwiesen. Durch den Wechselkurs war es dann letztendlich weniger als ich vor Ort gezahlt habe.

Fantástico
Pros:

Personal muy amable y atento, en especial Riel. Habitaciones cómodas y decoración moderna. El tranvía está justo delante del hotel para ir al centro. Hotel perfecto para una escapada a Zurich.

Dumm gelaufen für uns
Pros:

Im großen und ganzen war alles super.

Cons:

Das wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden das unsere Hunde nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum dürfen.
Und das in den Zimmer ein beissender Geruch war durch neue Teppich verlege arbeiten und durch die Etagen Höhe nicht ausreichend gelüftet werden konnte, leider ging es mir am nächsten Tag dadurch sehr schlecht auf den Magen. Sowas hätte man im Vorfeld erwähnen müssen und nicht erst wenn man darauf angesprochen wird, warum in den Zimmer so ein beissender Geruch ist.
