Nice, modern hotel with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. However, it is a bit far from the city center, which makes the location less convenient, especially for sightseeing.
Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Frühstück war okay. Cozy Einrichtung, Spielmöglichkeiten für Große und Kleine.
everything was perfect, the beds were very comfy. friendly staff at the reception.
nothing
The room was very comfortable. I liked very much the terrace and view. The location is convenient, i could easily go to downtown and also to the airport.
Nothing to add
Hello
The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot options available. The manager at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful—he explained how to get around Zurich and even assisted us with booking cabs. The location was also convenient, with a tram stop just diagonally opposite the hotel.
The room was somewhat compact in size.
Location
Hotel is very good
It was on the outskirts of Zurich but can be easier accessed by bus and tram. It was quiet with very little outdoor noise. Staff were friendly and helpful
Room were small
It was a nice stay. It was little far from the main attractions but having the train stop in front the hotel made it easier to go around.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very negative.
Starting with the only positive: the location is great — right across the street from the stadium, which is convenient if you’re attending a concert. But that’s where the positives end.
Due to the concert, the room price doubled. On regular days the room costs around €200 — and for that price, some flaws could be overlooked. But we paid over €500 per night, and for that amount, this was the worst price-to-quality ratio I’ve ever experienced.
The room was very small and in poor condition: stained carpet, scratched and dirty walls, a blanket with holes, and a torn armchair. There was dust everywhere — clearly not cleaned properly.
As for parking: you need to register at reception before accessing the underground parking, but there’s no convenient spot to temporarily stop your car near the entrance, which is frustrating.
The staff at night on the front desk was rude and couldn’t be bothered to help us fill a bottle with tap water at their bar. No manners or courtesy!
Poor really in a place where it’s about customer’s service
Good connectivity with Zurich city centre. Nice and clean hotel. One of the male staff gave mixed signals seemed nice and friendly when we visited for check in. Later that evening when I went to ask for converter, he was
Great food, good location highly recommend to anyone that would like to visits Zurich with their family.
