Tolles Hotel für einen Konzertbesuch im Letzigrund
Pros:

Ich besuchte ein Konzert im Letzigrund und dafür war die Hotellage perfekt. Das Hotel ist mit ÖV vom Hauptbahnhof her gut zu erreichen und das Letzigrund ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt störte es mich auch nicht, dass die Einrichtung funktional und reduziert war. Das Bett war bequem, die Dusche angenehm. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
Nach dem Konzert kontrollierte die Security, ob man ein Zimmer im Hotel hat- gab das Gefühl von Sicherheit.

Cons:

Der Check in Prozess dauerte ziemlich lange. In Anbetracht, dass man bei der Buchung in der Regel schon alle relevanten Angaben machen muss, ist das noch viel Luft nach oben.

Perfekt als Übernachtung nach Konzert
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt vis a vis Letzi Stadion, Parking, welcome drink, tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Check-in und Check-out ging sehr lange und teilweise inkompetent beim Check-in (Buchung nicht gefunden, nicht sehr freundlich, dauerte sehr lange)

AMAZING!
Pros:

The front desk welcomed us in the most amazing way. Very helpful with all our questions. The room was very tidy, the safe and closed off underground parking was excellent. Very modern rooms and building. Very easy checkout! And a special thanks to Fatima! Her efforts to make my stay even better have to be acknowledged.

Bed and pillow were very good & also the automatic shades were a nice feature. Even though my room was on the 1st floor and at the main road we had no disturbance from passing trams/vehicles.

Cons:

Sommes y a allés pour le championnat du monde de hockey. Avions des billets pour les 3 tournois dans une journée. Du coup, sommes arrivés vers midi. Notre chambre était prête mais ils n'ont pas été d'accord que nous y déposions nos affaires avant d'aller au match... sauf nous nous payions Fr 35.00 de supplément.... Nous n'avions donc pas le choix pour éviter de prendre notre sac à la patinoire. C'est la première fois qu'on nous demande de payer un supplément alors que la chambre est prête... en plus c'était uniquement pour poser nos sacs, nous repartions directement à la patinoire. En conclusion, le fric, le fric.....

Cons:

Adding more amenities would have been great (ie. Kettle in the rooms) and a more curates fitness studio.
