Clean good for what we needed.

Cons:

Hair dryer didn't work. Breakfast was very generic and only 1 drink and 1 item per person.
Not really an included breakfast.

Very nice staff, beautiful property, located 4 minutes from the water park, beautiful pool area, nice selection of breakfast items.

Cons:

The pillows are to thin and the apple juice was not fresh.
