Location and gardens

Cons:

The upper pool is always dirty. Staff blame the trees but the pools cleaning system is not doing its job. Breakfast is not great, food is not great and the internet is terrible.

In hôtel qui aurait du potentiel mais qui charge trop cher pour l’état actuel
Pros:

Les chambre était belle, le personnel courtois et plusieurs piscines de différentes profondeurs, idéal pour les enfants. On est près des chambres peu importe où nous sommes sur l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix n’est vraiment pas bon. On paye beaucoup trop cher pour l’offre actuel. les infrastructures manques d’entretien, les glissades d’eau ne sont ouvertes que 20 min par heure et seules trois fonctionnement encore. La fin de semaine l’hôtel est envahi par les familles qui y viennent pour la journée, mais cela fait que même si tu payes des milliers de $ pour y séjourner, tu n’as pas le calme ou l’accès aux infrastructures comme tu t’y attendrais pendant 2 jours sur 7.

Pros:

La piscina estaba limpia, la cama grande, las hamacas cómodas y el personal muy amable.
El desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

El baño se llena todo de agua y faltan alfombras para no resbalarse en el suelo.

Tardaron una hora en traer la cena, había desorganización y ni la bebida nos trajeron pronto.

la ubicación

Cons:

no tiene un restaurante para poder comer en el hotel, el desayuno muy regularcito ,encima por pagar con tarjeta te aplican un 4%,si pagas en efectivo te aplican un cambio muy malo.
pero para mi lo peor como es posible que un hotel no tenga restaurante y el que tiene en la playa muy mal.
