This hotel is cute and cozy, in a great location. Pool is not onsite.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s in the heart of San Pancho and very accessible to the beach and restaurants. The building and rooms were very aesthetic. I liked the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The staff were not all that friendly or helpful. The advertised pool is quite misleading, as it is not actually onsite at the hotel. It is located at a “sister property” a block away and is only available 12-6pm. This is quite inconvenient and was a barrier to us using it. I chose this hotel because it had a pool and ultimately could have chosen an alternative option if I knew how inaccessible it was. The toilet in our room also leaked a large amount of water and continued to leak after informing staff.

A True Gem !
Pros:

breakfast was incredible, some of the best food we had during our entire stay was at their organic bistro! Staff was so kind and helpful, and helped us find great local spots. Felt extremely safe, walked everywhere it was a great location! would 100% reccomend!

Pros:

Excellent breakfast included. Separate pool area with sun or shade, good internet, bathroom & water. Owners and staff very good.

Great place to stay in the heart of San Pancho
Pros:

A lovely, art and literature themed boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a convenient and walkable location. The coffee and yogurt snack in the morning was a nice way to start the day. We enjoyed our stay, Gracias.

Cons:

The only negative which the hotel doesn’t have control over is a muy Guapo rooster who is quite vocal in the very early morning hours. There are earplugs provided. Music from neighboring place was totally normal and didn’t go late.

A lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

We moved here from our original hotel because we needed good wifi for working - the staff was fabulous, the detail and decor wonderful - it's owned by a designer and you could tell. Lovely art, attention to detail, sculptures, wind chimes, etc. made the place lovely to be in
