Pros:

New hotel , location is good for one who have car.
The first day we arrived the women on the reception helped me and she call the restaurant for me to make food delivery. She was nice.

Cons:

Nothing , clean and super quiet.
Just they don't provide water for the first day and when I ask she said u need to pay but she was nice and she give me one small bottle for free.

Le lit , cnest bien la première fois que l’on dort mal , au Green.
Les oreiller trop mou et le matelas nous a détruit le dos. C’est vraiment la 1ere fois! 😞

A place to come back to to have a memorable stay.
Pros:

Its an excellent location to visit other towns, Monet’s garden is in easy reach and a day to Paris is just a train ride. We drive from UK so its just 2h from Calais. Small home from home. Hotel has lovely professional staff, offered us a bigger room. It has all amenities you can need plus more, it was our third visit there and all the reasons to go back. Plenty of parking, all secure, an easy very comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Excellent accommodation, cost, staff and facilities.
Pros:

For the cost, the room (apartment) was excellent value for money. It was very clean, had great fitments and furniture and exceeded expectations. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.
