Important information:

Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.

The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day.
Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.

Please note that pets are only accepted in Superior (Garden rooms). Only one pet per room is accepted and for the extra fee of 60 EUR per night. Enquadramento em parque maravilhoso, tranquilidade absoluta, pessoal muito profissional e prestável, quarto excelente, com vista que é uma cura em si, pequeno almoço soberbo, qualidade e confecção das refeições de almoço e jantar no bar refinada, parque de estacionamento, ótima zona ginásio, piscinas de jato e interior, super!

Cons:

Zona ginásio e piscinas de jatos e interior: nenhum dos vários relógios de parede estava certo , dois jatos não funcionavam, e um não estava aferido, parece faltar rotina de verificação regular.
Pena que a sala de jantar não tenha um menu tipo "executivo", uma refeição não muito pesada à noite, com um preço a condizer, que permitisse desfrutar dessa sala e da cozinha , que certamente de eleição.

Hidden gem in Northern Portugal!
Pros:

The hotel and premises are breathtaking! The breakfast was excellent and the staff were top notch. We really enjoyed dinner at their restaurant, the food was amazing and the dining room was a piece of art! Drinks at the bar on the veranda was something special, not only were the cocktails delicious but the atmosphere was relaxing and nostalgic. This hotel is a hidden gem - something very special.

Cons:

There wasn't much that I didn't like. I would say that there isn't much to see or do in this area but that's not a reflection of the hotel.

Hotel organized a sunset barbecue, which was totally overpriced. Very poor variety of food and only wines from a local producer available. It was simply a buffet in a different hotel location, for a luxury price we got very simple and not very well cooked food. totally disapoonting

Pros:

Adorei a cortesia de recolherem as bagagens e de irem estacionar o carro por nós. Adorei o quarto, era muito espaçoso e confortável. Adorei a piscina bem como também o jantar, que foi um momento de degustação fantástico.

Cons:

Fiquei desgostoso com o facto de o som da televisão ter tido algum problema pois não conseguimos desligar o som que estava colocado na coluna da casa de banho, que foi inconveniente.
