Important information:

Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.

The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day.
Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.

Please note that pets are only accepted in Superior (Garden rooms). Only one pet per room is accepted and for the extra fee of 60 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed to access the public areas of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Gorgeous, inside and outside.
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The natural surroundings are gorgeous and with the right type of footwear, very easy to explore. The rooms are incredibly roomy, clean, and quiet. The place is gorgeous, comfortable, and well-preserved.

The staff is outstandingly nice and helpful.

We found the breakfast to not be as varied as we'd expect, though it did have everything we wanted and liked.

We weren't able to try the Spa/Pool area, but looked around and it seemed pretty interesting for our next visit.

Cons:

The parking lot/spaces are outdoors, in an open compact-dirt-type terrain area, which means the vehicles are at the mercy of the elements, there's no shade, and get easily dirty, hot, or cold, depending on the weather.

That isn't a huge problem, but I'd expect at least some top covers on the parking lot, protecting the vehicles from the sun and rain, at a minimum.
