Important information:

Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.

The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day.
Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.

Please note that pets are only accepted in Superior (Garden rooms). Only one pet per room is accepted and for the extra fee of 60 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed to access the public areas of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Serviço excelente, com boas comodidades. Limpeza impecável e pequeno almoço muito bom. Um parque natural muito bonito com várias atividades disponíveis. Pessoa muito atencioso. Restaurantes e bares muito bons.

Cons:

Atendendo ao preço pago por cada noite, serviços elementares, como o acesso à piscina interior, deviam estar incluídos na diária. Não faz sentido estes serviços serem cobrados, em cima de um valor muito alto por noite.

Un lugar que no puedes perderte.
Pros:

El jardín, el edificio, la comida, la amabilidad del personal (en general los portugueses son encantadores), todo. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Comimos en el restaurante principal y el maître nos aconsejó de maravilla porque pedíamos demasiado (¡querer probar todo!). Intentaremos volver, es una delicia de lugar en su conjunto.

Top of the line Hotel and Spa experience
Pros:

The hotel and grounds are excellent. The main restaurant is very good. The bar is spacious and also nice. We ate one night in the main restaurant and another night in the bar, which has a full menu. The spa pools & sauna are refreshing. We took a hike which you can find online (PR4 CHV).

Cons:

The internet reception was spotty, but that is minor...

Hotel extraordinario que claramente merece la pena conocer por su belleza, tranquilidad y servicios
Pros:

El lugar es magnífico y durante los días de estancia pude utilizar todos los servicios del hotel. Las habitaciones están muy bien cuidadas, el restaurante me pareció bueno y bien atendido así como el bar que ofrece una carta de comidas aceptable y unos buenos cocktail. El spa esta muy bien cuidado así como un campo de golf suficiente y divertido.
Muy tranquilo, quizás por la época del año, y un servicio estupendo.

No tengo comentario ya que todo ha trascurrido de forma muy positiva

Ótimo peq. almoço com qualidade variedade e bom serviço.

Cons:

Num hotel LHW não ser feita a cobertura ( refresh) no quarto à noite acho pobre e SOBRETUDO uma taxa diária para usar a piscina ( num 5 estrelas LHW) essa é de bradar aos céus . Eu fui chef concierge durante 15 anos em estabelecimentos similares e nunca vi nada assim😢😢😢
