Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.
The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day.
Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.
Please note that pets are only accepted in Superior (Garden rooms). Only one pet per room is accepted and for the extra fee of 60 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed to access the public areas of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

O jantar no salão principal não atendeu as nossas expectativas.
J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Vidago Palace Hotel. Le bâtiment est absolument magnifique, avec une architecture impressionnante et un charme unique. Les jardins sont splendides et parfaitement entretenus, offrant un cadre paisible et élégant.
Les restaurants sont d’un très haut niveau, tant pour la qualité de la cuisine que pour le service. Le personnel a été particulièrement gentil, attentionné et professionnel tout au long de mon séjour. La propreté de l’établissement est également irréprochable et mérite d’être soulignée.
Le seul point négatif concerne la connexion Internet, qui était très mauvaise. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ce niveau de prix, c’est un aspect important qui devrait être amélioré.
Malgré ce léger désagrément, mon expérience a été remarquable et je recommande vivement le Vidago Palace à toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour alliant luxe, élégance et tranquillité. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Achei as torneiras do chuveiro um pouco confusas. Devia ter instruções. Achei o quarto pequeno.

Não me ocorre nada…
Simplesmente um local cheio de história e que te leva nessa viagem temporal. Tudo no edifico respira esse tom senhorial e acolhedor.
Tenho um punto que julgo ser importante para melhorar a experiência no quarto. O chuveiro não é prático. Entendo que o toque antigo tem que existir mas há opções de chuveiros mais práticos e cómodos.

El hotel esta fenomenal , pero no me pareció oportuno que te carguen los servicios de spa aparte , dado que se supone que son complemento de oas instalaciones del hotel
