Ao chegar descobri que minha reserva tinha sido cancelada, a recepcionista falou que foi a booking porém no aplicativo falava que foi a acomodação, sendo que no dia anterior tinham pedido meus dados para o pré- check-in; a recepcionista muito simpática deu um jeito pois eu fiquei extremamente estressada, tinha rodado mais de 300 km com minha bebê de 7 meses e a cidade estava lotada, então me colocou em outro quarto, porém eu tinha reservado chalé. No quarto a TV não pegava, como outros hóspedes tinham ido embora pois não tinha água quente no seus quartos conseguiram trocar a TV. O local está passando por uma reforma, se tiver mais organização será um local muito gostoso de se hospedar. Detalhe, precisam melhorar no café da manhã, pão estava seco.
