This was our first time staying at Banyan Harbor Resort, and we will absolutely be coming back again! The price was perfect, the beach was just a short walk away, and restaurants were conveniently close. Check-in and check-out were super friendly, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort to everyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Staff was friendly, but the room was not like on the photos. Our 2bd room was very outdated, a/c did not blow out enough to cool our room, master bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs in the mattress. Pull out couch had a broken foot and was very old. Kitchenware was dirty had to rewash some of the pans, master shower had the shower knob that was very hard to turn and seemed like it was about to break.

The property did not seem to know that I had a reservation booked and paid for on Expedia. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Expedia to try and get a resolution. I finally got the room I had paid for.

Pros:

I loved how spacious it was and how the kitchen had everything we needed. My only difficulty was the detachable hand held shower head, when attached, was definitely placed with much taller people in mind. It was still doable though, just more difficult.
