According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

Pros:

O hotel tem o necessário, porém senti falta de cafeteria elétrica no quarto, com saquinhos de café, chá e açucar/adoçante.

Mas na recepçåo tem como fazer um café expresso (paga a cápsula), e possui ítens como água, refrigerantes, cervejas, chocolates, bolachas para comprar.

Cons:

O quarto um tanto pequeno.

E a falta da cafeteira elétrica no quarto.

A equipe da recepção é muito cordial e atenciosa, sempre nos recebendo muito bem, indicando passeios, nos alertando quanto a segurança de andar com o celular nas mãos, etc. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e ainda tem um mini mercado na recepção com autoatendimento! A localização também é muito boa, local bem tranquilo, com comércio em frente, shopping próximo permitindo deslocamento a pé, praticamente na esquina da Praça do Japão. Gostei muito e voltarei mais vezes!

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com nossos cartões do quarto, precisando ir na recepção todos os dias para solicitar um novo, porque não funcionava no retorno dos passeios. Mas a equipe sempre foi muito atenciosa.
