Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

A localização é excelente, da para fazer muitas coisas a pé, Batel é um bairro maravilhoso. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados. Camas confortáveis, banho quente e um bom café da manhã. Considero um ótimo custo benefício.

Somente da localização.

Cons:

Preço abusivo em comparação com outros hotéis na mesma região pelo que oferece. Quarto minúsculo. Não tem o mínimo isolamento acústico. Luz do corredor acesa a noite toda. Cortina caiu ao ser tocada. Travesseiros horríveis. Enfim, não vale a pena.

Certamente voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
Pros:

Da localização. E, para mim, foi uma benção, pois fica ao lado da Igreja Santa Teresinha do Menino Jesus, onde pude ir à Missa às 7:00 (rápida, homilia curta e poucos cantos), antes de pegar a estrada e prosseguir viagem. Costumo ficar no Bourbon do aeroporto, mas não tinha disponibilidade.
Conheci também o colaborador MARLON, mais do que cortes, foi extremamente gentil e solícito conosco.

Cons:

Acostumado com o outro Bourbon, achei esse quarto menor. No entanto, atendeu perfeitamente minha necessidade de pernoitar em viagem.
