Hotel Villa Margherita

We booked for two nights but because we didn't show up until the 2nd night (it was already paid for) our room was given away??? We got a different one but i still don't understand that. There were no holidays the day we were there but there were fireworks all night and children screaming until about 1am so don't expect to get any sleep. This was really rough with a very early flight. Also heard dishes clattering for HOURS, dinner was only from 7:30pm-9pm so that was kind of wild hearing it all night. Fine if its the only option and you are a heavy sleeper but don't really reccomend it.

I book a quen size bed and I got 3 small bed,I'm 6 ft 250 lb and when I complain the receptionist just give me the sholder up and told me all sold out.
I sleep with my feet on the floor.
NO AC only a celing fan and turn the light on the shut down the fan
All floor smelling smoke even a sign was up on the wall,POOR staff management
Shower towel you can take the paint of the wall,like sand paper.and paid $140.00
Never again stay away.

Senza parcheggio

Quando siamo arrivati (alle 15,30) la camera non era ancora disponibile mentre Expedia aveva indicato l’orario di check in alle 15,00. Inoltre , mentre su Expedia la colazione era compresa nel prezzo, chiedendo un cappuccino ho scoperto che lo dovevo pagare! Non mi sembra serio e non depone a favore dell’hotel.

Yövyimme 6 yötä. Hotelli oli viihtyisä, meillä oli hieno näköala parvekkeelta suoraan merelle, aamiainen oli runsas ja jokaiselle löytyi syömistä. Hotelli on aivan rannan tuntumassa, ja hotellin ympäristössä on monia hyviä ravintoloita.

Mysigt hotell med lummig innergård nära stranden och nära restauranger och affärer.
Rummen vi hade var enkla men helt okej för några nätter.
Frukosten som ingick var helt okej, ett plus var att de hade ”barista” kaffe.

Here is a suggestion for a good hotel near the sea, ideal for families, with a shallow pool for children:

Bathroom shower has either extremely hot water or cold water. Unsafe for children

The sink and shower were dirty and had not been cleaned. The shower was broken and had poor pressure. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a paint job. Breakfast had non-gluten options, but eggs should be warm not cold. The sea view is a bit misleading because it’s obstructed by another building right in front of the hotel.

Vi opplevde veldig god service fra personalet – de var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet. Dessverre levde ikke rommet opp til forventningene. Det var mindre enn beskrevet, og renholdet kunne vært bedre. Etter besøk på stranden fant vi ofte sandrester på gulvet, noe som tydet på at det ikke ble rengjort grundig daglig.

Dusjen var spesielt skuffende, med dårlig vanntrykk og store problemer med temperaturen – vannet var enten iskaldt eller altfor varmt, noe som gjorde dusjopplevelsen svært ubehagelig.

Frokosten var enkel og lite variert. Utvalget besto stort sett av ost, skinke og syltetøy som pålegg, samt eggerøre og pølser med tørt brød. Vi savnet mer ferskt og variert innhold.

Alt i alt et opphold med god service, men standarden på rom og frokost trekker helhetsinntrykket kraftig ned.

God service, hyggelig lokation. Morgenmaden var ok, lidt dyr for prisen. Associeret resturant god for prisen. Værelserne tilstrækkelige, men badet var meget ringe. Det skiftede imellem meget koldt eller meget varmt, og trykker i vandet var alt for højt.

Er slidt hotel, men med god lokation. Vi fik først vores værelse en time efter check in tid da værelset ikke var klar 😔 hotellet var rent og personalet venligt 🙂 Maden var okay.

The bathrooms were dirty and never cleaned. Had to continually request clean towels and toilet paper. Even though we were there for 7 nights , clean sheets were never put on the beds. All they did was throw the covers over the sheets. Didn't even bother to straighten out the sheets. Also cannot get wifi connection in the rooms only in the lobby or surrounding lower grounds. Fridges in the rooms are quite useless. And air conditioning was haphazard to say the least.

The staff were brilliant, the reception ladies were so helpful.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, could do with a small renovation even if just improving the bathrooms and clean the pool, we didn’t use the pool as not clean.

The hotel is very well located with walking distance to the beach and around 40 minutes to the Italian airport .
There is no parking inside but there is parking in the street and around a park near by. You pay for the parking. Not that expensive. Thank god
Plenty restaurants.

Pictures make it seem like it is on a beach. It is a block from the beach and you need to use a private beach clubs services. Very disappointed in nearby restaurants, unless you like Pizza there are few choices. And it was expensive to taxi in and taxi out.

The hotel is a 10-15 walk from the Ladispoli train station. We arrived at the train station at 2300 hrs with 4 suitcases, and there was no taxi service at this hour. Uber does not operate here. It was quite a task lugging 4 suitcases to the hotel. The locals in the area too did not know where the hotel is. Anyways the hotel is a nice well maintained property. AC and refrigerator (worked as a cooler) in the room. No safe vault. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, many eating places and bars around. We had a Seaview room and the view was beautiful. No complaints except that the hotel could have a shuttle service from the train station.
