Pros:

Wirklich gutes Hotel. Alles sauber & gemütlich. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, Betten und Bettwäsche waren super. Zum Essen können wir nur über das Frühstück etwas sagen. Und zwar das es wirklich gut ist. Alles was man braucht plus Extras, hat gut geschmeckt und Service war makellos. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Tagespreis zwischen 7-9€. Vollkommen ok. Man kann auf dem Hotelparkplatz parken, auf der Straße gegenüber und tatsächlich auch nebenan auf dem Gerichtsparkplatz. Wurde uns u.a. vom Personal empfohlen. Die Innenstadt ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Also alles in einem sehr zu empfehlen.

Geweldig voor belachelijk lage prijs
Pros:

Voor een belachelijk lage prijs een nette kamer met de bedden wat te zacht maar keurig schoon en netjes. Douche in badkuip, badkamer wat gedateerd maar perfect en stabiel douchen eenmaal ingestelde temp bleef goed. Kranen van t merk Grohe, dat is goed. Goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet en beschikbaar vriendelijk personeel. Je wandelt vanaf t hotel met eigen p plaats zo t centrum van Monschau in. Zou t zo weer doen. Dankjulliewel!!

Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt, das Wetter war schlecht. Dafür können Sie aber nichts.
Pros:

Frühstück war ok, es gab vieles, es wurde alles nachgefüllt, es gab nichts weiter zu beanstanden. Da Zimmer war groß und es war sauber, die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bedienung an der Bar war sehr nett und bemüht allen alles rechtzeitig zu bringen.

Cons:

Einrichtung ein wenig alt. Der Ausblick nach hinten raus, die Grünanlage war fast saumäßig. Für das Schwimmbad keine Badetücher auf dem Zimmer oder gegen eine Leihgebühr am Empfang, sonder zusätzlich 2,-€, ist ein wenig weit hergeholt. Das Abendessen, zu diesem Preis ist auch recht großzügig bemessen.

Es war sehr schön und sollten wir noch mal nach Monschau kommen , buchen wir wieder im Achat Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist prima. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt von Monschau.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Unser Zimmer war für uns Okay. Alles sehr sauber und vor allen dingen sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, was wir aber von anderen ACHAT Hotels in den wir schon waren kennen.

Cons:

Was ich ein wenig bemängle ist das man an der Bar oft jemanden rufen musste , wenn man noch was zu trinken haben wollte.
