Pros:

Proche de la ville à pied avec un parking. Pour l'anniversaire de ma femme, simlple demande par mail d'un bouquet de rose et d'une bouteille de mousseux, et tout était au rendez-vous dans la chambre à un prix très démocratique. Merci pour le service!.

Cons:

Le lit est un peu bas..... mais j'avoue devenir un peut vieux :-)

Prima verblijf
Pros:

Goede locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeerplaatsen in de buurt en voor de deur (maar die was vol tijdens ons verblijf). Kamer was comfortabel.

Cons:

Er was geen airco (raampje open hielp, maar het was gelukkig ook niet heel heet buiten)

Leuk maar Bosbranden lucht afknapper!
Pros:

Schoon, zwembad en sauna waren top! Uitgebreid ontbijt!!

Cons:

geen functionerende airco, de draagbare ventilator maakte veel lawaai, rookgeur door bosbranden was een teleurstelling

Bien placée, correcte pour passer une nuit. Manger dans un restaurant dans la ville, éviter celui de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Le personnel est sympathique et a l’écoute.
L’hôtel est placé par rapport à la ville à visiter.
La présence de la piscine ( il en existe au moins une ).
Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

- Le petite déjeuné est un peu décevant pour le prix et surtout pour un 4 ⭐️ ( Les omelettes sont chimiques, il n’y a pas de viande fraîche. Seulement la présence de deux pains ( pistolet + baguette ) pas de viennoiserie. Pas de produit fait maison. )
- Dans la chambre il y avait une odeur très désagréable ( rien à voir avec la fumée des feux de forêt à proximité ).
- Nous avons le soir dîné dans le bar plutôt que dans un restaurant de la ville et l’expérience était vraiment désagréable ( si vous avez l’occasion de manger ailleurs faites-le ). Nous avons eu un service bancal. Les serveurs n’ont pas l’air de trop savoir ce qu’ils font ( ils débarrassent les tables plutôt que d’apporter les cartes au nouveaux clients). Les cartes en papier étaient remplis de taches d’eau et de nourriture des autres clients. Nous avons attendu pas loin d’une heure avant d’être servis alors que nous étions une dizaine de client dans l’espace. Nous n’avons rien eu pour patienter ni pain, ni cacahuète … c’était tellement long ! Par contre, la nourriture était bonne et les serveurs sympathiques. Les frites sont en réalité des pommes de terre rissolées ( coupées comme telles ). Certaines de celles que nous avons eu n’étaient pas cuites .. après 1h .. vraiment dommage ..

Pros:

Ik wil graag de receptioniste en de barvrouw bedanken. Het zijn twee fantastische mensen en ze verdienen respect voor hun hulp.

Cons:

Het personeel was uitstekend, maar helaas voldeed het ontbijtpersoneel niet aan de verwachtingen. Ik vind het niet prettig om mensen in de gaten te houden terwijl ze eten, en sommigen behandelen je bovendien onbeleefd.

War sehr enttäuscht mit der Unterkunft, Monschau ist eine sehr schöne Altstadt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Das Abendessen war soweit in Ordnung bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.

Cons:

Für drei Personen war das Zimmer zu klein. Nicht genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Das Bad war nicht sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es fast immer das selbe keine Abwechslung ,nach Brötchen und Besteck musste man jeden Tag nachfragen auch Schalen fürs Müsli waren nicht ausreichen vorhanden. Plätze beim Frühstück müssten besser zugeordnet werden hatten ,zu dritt manchmal keinen Tisch bekommen
