Cons:

Il servizio di trasporto all'aeroporto. E' strano che una struttura come quella inizi il servizio shuttle alle 8. Ho dovuto prendere un taxi pagando 35 euro per fare un tragitto di 1.5 km in linea d'aria.

Pros:

The room and grounds were lovely. The breakfast was very good and offered some protein options, which was a welcome change from other hotels in Italy. The staff were helpful and warm.

Cons:

One of the staff at the breakfast was kind of aggressive about not getting coffee from the coffee pot on the hot plate, but ordering a coffee. It's nice that it's handmade and complementary but her approach was a bit much for morning.

Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono pulitissime, comode e spaziose, di alta qualità

Cons:

Il primo giorno il collegamento a Internet non era funzionante. Segnalato il problema, dal giorno successivo tutto è andato bene.

Will not return. This was a very expensive hotel and did not provide the value it was charged.
Pros:

Location was great. People were very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom did not look clean. Only one option for meals. For an international hotel that caters to an international crowd, no option for television in any language other than Italian. Absolutely nothing to do between the limited hours the restaurant was open. Room was boiling hot and air conditioning was ineffective. Only one mug provided in room with kettle and no coffee, only tea.

So close to the airport but so quiet and peaceful.
Pros:

Just minutes from Palermo Airport, this oasis was so convenient for our early morning flight. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The evening we arrived we ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Magaggiari Hotel Resort.
