Posizione ottima, girando molto per la città mi sono accorta che ha una posizione imbattibile! Personale gentile. Colazione buona.

Cons:

Al momento della prenotazione Booking includeva nell’offerta il taxi gratuito dall’aeroporto all’hotel, ma una volta pagato questa opzione è sparita ed il servizio clienti di Booking non mi ha mai dato riscontro. Comunque abbiamo pagato il taxi 15-20 euro, quindi non una cifra esosa…

Perfect hotel for my stay in Lisbon
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location, well decorated and clean. Public transport of various kinds nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The room was tidied everyday and towels replaced if required. The staff were polite and there was a lot of choice at breakfast. Breakfast started early at 7pm which was good for me. It was also reasonably quiet considering it’s in the middle of a city.

Great location with attentive, friendly staff and comfortable such that I am returning for another stay in Lisbon.
Pros:

Great location. Easily walkable to sights in the Baixa, but quite hilly if going to any other neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed it so much, that I will return there soon and can recommend it as a good value.

Cons:

It’s in an older retrofit building, of course, so the floor layout is a little confusing with multiple lifts and stairways that all eventually get you where you need to be, just takes a day or two to get acquainted.

amazing location, super quiet considering! staff were super friendly and arranged a lovely surprise for us on arrival! very clean and spacious!

كل شي بالفندق رائع المدير Paulo Moreira كان اكثر من رائع ولطيف قدم لنا كل ما نحتاجه وساعدنا في كل شي حتى في تغيير الغرفه عندما طلبنا لان ما احب السقف النازل ساعدنا في اختيار الغرفه الي عجبتنا اشكره على شي قدمه لنا

Ottima soluzione in pieno quartiere Baixa
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro, nel cuore del vivace quartiere Baixa e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e dalla stazione della metropolitana di Rossio.
L’edificio è ampio e molto ben curato.
Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, dotate di TV, cassaforte, ampio guardaroba, macchinetta e cialde caffè, bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia, bollitore e tisane varie.
A noi è stata assegnata una camera all’ultimo piano, con una spettacolare vista sul Castello di Sao Jorge.
Il bagno è ampio, dotato di uno spazioso box doccia e fornito di prodotti Rituals.
La colazione è ricca, ben fornita di frutta, dolci e parte salata.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

A volte raggiungere la propria camera potrebbe risultare complicato, dovendo percorrere alcuni corridoi.
Un piccolo intoppo potrebbe essere legato all’aria condizionata, non modificabile completamente dal tastierino presente in stanza e per la quale è necessario l’intervento del personale alla reception.

Pros:

I had a great room, its very tidy and clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to cafe's & restaurants, and the main squares. It was my birthday during my stay, I came back to my room after a day of exploring to find cake and a bottle of champagne, waiting for me, as wel as a note from hotel staff wishing my a great day.

Cons:

When guests moved into the loft rooms above the room i had, you could hear everything, kids running around, balls being bounced and conversation. Whis this said, I would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, propre, personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute!!

Cons:

Un peu de bruit dans la rue qui remonte le long de l’hôtel.
