Grandioses, super zentral gelegenes Hotel - große Empfehlung, jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist extrem gut, super zentral, nur 10 Minuten durch die Fußgängerzone Rua Augusta bis zum Tejo, viele Food Markets an den umliegenden Plätzen, mehrere U-Bahn Stationen und Busse vor der Haustüre. Großartiges Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, Kaffee-/Tee- & Wasserspender sowie Bademantel am Zimmer, sehr großes Zimmer, Blick auf das Castelo Sao Jorge, riesige Dusche und stärkerer Wasserstrahl als daheim, das gibt es selten!

Cons:

Nur das Restaurant "Poco" , das sich ins Hotel eingemietet hat und Mittag- & Abendbuffet zur Verfügung stellt - das Abendbuffet war grausig: die parnierten Sachen steinhart, das Fleisch hart und flachsig. Das Hotel selbst war aber tippi toppi.

Os atendentes da recepção sempre te atendem com gentileza e presteza e fazem a sua estada a melhor possível. Retornando ao Porto me hospedarei no My Story com certeza.

Great stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean with a good sized room. Loved the fridge and coffee machine.

Perfect location, great restaurants and pastel da nata on tap!
Pros:

Location is perfect - close to main attractions and pick up locations for tours! Very good value for money, spacious, well equipped room and excellent breakfast selection.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Lisbona
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro, comodo per girare a piedi e vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Staff accogliente e gentile: per il compleanno ci hanno fatto trovare torta e spumante in camera a sorpresa. Stanza pulita e dotata di ogni confort.

Cons:

Si dovrebbe pensare ad una maggiore insonorizzazione delle finestre perché ci sono rumori esterni frequenti.
