Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen. Im Zimmer steht ein Wasserautomat, der täglich nachgefüllt wird.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Die Zimmer sind etwas verwinkelt. Dusche sehr rutscjig

Perfect voor een citytrip
Pros:

Ontzettend schoon hotel, mooie kamers, hele fijne bedden en erg vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt vers en prima. Ligt heel centraal, dus een perfecte uitvalsbasis. Kan het iedereen aanraden.

Great hotel, perfect location, would stay again
Pros:

My partner and I stayed in the My Story Tejo hotel in Lisbon for a long weekend, Friday to Monday and i would highly recommend it to anyone planning a city break to Lisbon. The location of the hotel is perfect, being in Baixa its walking distance to nearly everything, and a great location to avoid the famous hills, being in the flattest part of the city. You're 30 seconds from the square and can walk through all the main streets and to the Harbour very easily. There are lots of great places to eat around and if you do want something more local walk up towards the castle and you'll find a few local tapas bars in the back streets, which are great later in the evenings. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was small but we knew that when booking, however it had everything we needed, it was modern and convenient, the toiletries wither ethical and everything was recycled. There was no noise from the outside street even with a Juliette balcony. We slept great in this hotel and for a light sleeper this doesn't happen much. For longer stays i would recommend getting a bigger room but for a weekend place to rest your head ours was perfect. We did book a tour guide for 2 hours which met us in the square which was a great way to get around, learn more about the city and its history, and also explore locations we would have missed including hidden cliff top bars. There is so much to do and see just near the hotel you will be spoiled for choice. Transport is also very easy to get whether using taxis, or trams and all are very cheap.
I would stay here again

Expected a little more for the price.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The front desk staff were amazing

Cons:

Stayed two nights and received No house cleaning. Had to call twice just to get fresh towels. Expected more considering paying over $700 just for two nights

Pros:

My Story Hotel top location to explore Lisbon with many fine restaurants and bars nearby. Metro next door plus Tram 28. Very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast ok for cold meats cheese and coffee. Rooms and Shower high standard with good air con. Will definitely stay again
