Voltaremos mais vezes
Pros:

As atendentes de recepção são especialmente simpáticas e muito prestativas, em especial a brasileira de Belo Horizonte, e as originárias de Cabo Verde e de Angola. Localização excelente. Café da manhã de bom nível para os padrões europeus.

Cons:

Para ser perfeito, faltaria apenas mais alguns suportes, mesinhas, locais de apoio, cabides de paredes para apoiar malas e roupas dentro do quarto, como necessidades típicas de viajantes que geram ainda mais conforto.

Fantastic hotel - amazing staff
Pros:

All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We got a very warm greeting on arrival and again at check out. They helped us with luggage and taxis. The room itself was spacious, clean and well designed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Finally the location is super! Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Hotel impecável nos quesitos mais relevantes pra mim: localização, chuveiro, cama e café da manhã.
Pros:

SUPER RECOMENDO!!!! Eu e minha família gostamos de tudo no hotel. O quarto é muito confortável. Cama e chuveiro ótimos, o isolamento do barulho da rua é total, equipe educadíssima, excelente localização e café da manhã perfeito.

Das Frühstück ist ok aber der Kaffe ist eine Katastrophe und wird vermutlich mit Leitungswasser gemach schmeckt darum nach Chlor

Disappointing all round. Only good thing is location.
Cons:

The breakfast was rubbish. The room was small and very badly designed for example when standing up from the toilet you’d have to be careful not to hit your head on the hairdryer. You can’t control the air con you have to ask reception and even then they won’t get passed a certain level. The toilets by the restaurants have no locks

Pros:

Amazing hotel for a 4 night stay for a double room for 2 people, right in the centre of Lisbon. Very easy to access all sightseeing and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere but there is access to Bolts (uber) for further attractions (Jeronimps Monastery, Belém Tower, etc). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at 1130am and left our luggage with them until our room was ready. They told us they would called us if our room was ready early (it was ready early at 130pm) where our luggage was already brought to our rooms. Very clean room, many people complain about the size but it is a great size for travelers. Large closet, mini fridge and safe. We lucked out and had a room with a view of Castelo de São Jorge. Very sound proof room. Filtered water jug in our room and the option to ask the staff every day for new fresh jugs. 2 robes and slippers to use during your stay. Breakfast: adequate breakfast. There is a coffee machine for cappuccino, latte, etc. as well as regular coffee and hot water station for tea. Scrambled eggs, grilled mixed vegetables, bacon, and a fruit station. Particularly enjoyed the yogurt bowl station which had plain yogurt or chia seed yogurt which you could add toppings too. Pastry table as well with Pastel de nata. Toaster and pancake station. We did not eat lunch or dinner there. We would 100% stay here again.
