Bom, mas pode melhorar
Pros:

Todos os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e solícitos.
A localização é ótima, perto dos pontos turisticos principais.
O quarto era de tamanho confortável, com máquina de café e de água.

Pros:

地點好，員工態度更是超友善，房間大還有窗可以看到聖若熱城堡，浴室也很棒，這間真的推！

Cons:

有種奇怪的香味不是很舒服，但聞久了也習慣，只是真的是怪。是唯一的小缺點，若滿分100可以給到97吧這間！

Outstanding hotel that I would (and will) happily return to!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the very first moment I stepped into the reception area. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never been welcomed with such genuine warmth and hospitality. Everything was carefully explained, I was shown around, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my additional room requests.

The room itself was fantastic - spacious, beautifully maintained, and offering a wonderful view of the castle. Despite being located in the heart of the city, the soundproof windows ensured complete peace and quiet. Everything was in perfect working order, the amenities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable.

Breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Even vegans can find suitable options (fresh fruit, green salad, baked veggies, grilled mushrooms). Another great advantage is the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's all-you-can-eat buffet during lunch and dinner. The price was very reasonable, and the food was delicious, offering excellent value for money.

A special mention goes to the bean-to-cup coffee machine, which served truly excellent coffee and was a delightful bonus each morning :)

The location is phenomenal - most attractions are within walking distance, and both the metro line and tram stops are just around the corner, making it easy to explore the city.

In summary, this is an outstanding hotel that I would happily return to in the future.
