La amabilidad del personal, la situación del hotel, el desayuno increíble, y la habitación limpia y cómoda. El baño cuidando el más mínimo detalle. Muy bien comunicado, a 10 min de la plaza del comercio y paradas de bus y tranvía 28 a 2 min!!!super recomendado!!!

Complicado aparcar cerca, pero el personal del hotel nos lo puso muy fácil. Muchas gracias!!!

Posizione strategica: l'hotel è a due passi da piazza de figuera, da piazza Rossio, da rua Augusta, dal capolinea sia del tram 28 che passa per Alfama sia del 15E che conduce a Belém.
La camera è molto spaziosa e accogliente, con vista sul castello, di pulizia assoluta, dotata di macchinetta per il caffè o tè con relative cialde e di un erogatore di acqua potabile, oltre al frigo bar; inoltre all'arrivo abbiamo trovato in omaggio una piccola confezione di Pasteis de nata.
Il personale è professionale, disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta.

Pros:

Nous tenons à remercier la gentillesse de tout le personnel de réception, avec une mention spéciale pour Arsélia, comme je lui ai dit, elle a été le soleil de notre court séjour à Lisbonne.
Nous avons eu un soucis avec la voiture qui devait venir nous chercher à l’hôtel et comme le chauffeur ne parlait que le Portugais, elle a gérer pour nous.
Je tiens à souligner que si nous revenons à Lisbonne, nous choisirons cet hôtel, grâce au personnel et à la qualité de la literie, le confort de la chambre.

La ubicación es excelente para conocer la ciudad a pie y para tomar el transporte público cuando es necesario. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno buffet es muy completo; de lo mejor.

Cons:

No me gustó que solo tuvieran albornoz para el baño. Prefiero toallas o que den ambas opciones.

Viel Design für ein kleineres Budget.
