Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Dirty and a little run down
Pros:

Location was great, customer service was friendly decent size and the outdoor area was good

Cons:

There was dust everywhere, in the lights, lamps, door frames, fans. The bathroom tap was leaking, the BBQ barely put any heat out to cook, the dishwasher didn't work and there seemed to be no light switch for the lights above dining table or they just didn't go.
Its a real shame as first impressions were awesome but the longer we were there the more we realized how dirty and run down it is.

très grand et bien placé !
Pros:

l'appartement est très grand et très bien équipé. la vue est très sympa. La location dispose d'une place de parking + des places pour les invités. L'accueil est très chaleureux, nous sommes arrivés un dimanche en fin d'après midi et le manageur était présent pour nous ouvrir. L'immeuble est à 10 mètres de la plage. Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant.

Cons:

Les tiroirs et placards méritent un petit nettoyage ... manque également de thé + café au moins pour le premier jour... cela reste des détails...

Absolutely stunning beautiful apartment and location
Pros:

The apartment is larger than looks in photo. Host Steve was very helpful. Absolutely beautiful and clean , the bbq on the ground floor was amazing with so much room on balcony overlooking beach and city. Easy walk to cavil avenue. Great room and location for families. Definitely be back.

Very memorable and had a great time
Pros:

Stunning ocean and city view. Spacious balcony with ocean view. Full kitchen. Very helpful staff at checkin. Easy transport. Right next to the beach.

Gorgeous, comfortable unit with amazing views!
Pros:

Gorgeous property
Lovely and roomy and beautifully styled. The balcony and view were amazing. Beds were incredibly comfortable! The host was so lovely and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The lift! There was only 1 lift working and it took forever to service the whole 24 floors.
That is literally the only negative, everything else was great!

Pros:

We had a fabulous weekend at Marriner Views. The apartment was ideal for a large family and the amenities are amazing. Steve the manager could not have been more accommodating and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. We cannot wait to return soon.

Pros:

Loved the unit. Loved the views and wow views from every room, including the bathrooms and laundry . The manager was fantastic, very warm and welcoming makes you feel at home. Didn't want to leave.
