Cons:

Booking room for Good Friday & couldn't get in. Reception obviously didn't set automatic key machine before closed office. Stayed there many times & eaten at pub. Was always great. Won't stay there again. Haven't even given us a refund yet like they said they would. My emails have gone unanswered. Book thru booking.com.

Stayed in the rooms above the pub not out the back - crackheads everywhere. Really bad room, no air con remote, shared toilet thats saw better days 20+ years ago.

Absolutely disgusting to walk into the hotel room and see a dead cockroach on our bed, hair still left in and around the bathroom sink and bathroom condiments were mouldy. Dust on bedside tables and near microwave and to top it off power point in the bathroom was broken so we could not use it. Very disappointing to have paid that amount for something so disgusting.

I likes that there was a restaurant and they delivered to your room.

Cons:

The room. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Toilet seat was just holding on. Toilet roll holder broken. Shower mixer broken.. Broken plug in kitchen. For the amount of money I paid for an apartment, I would've thought id get something decent.

Great to dine, dont stay or if you do , not apartments.

Close to pub. Friendly staff. Great food

Cons:

Really really run down. Damp smell. Zero money has been spent for 10 years was last there. Toilet wasn’t even attached to floor. Rooms clean. Sheets clean but really showing its age

We have stayed at the hotel 4 times previously & have found it satisfactory but we will not return.
Pros:

No breakfast. Location is great

Cons:

The toilet was dirty, the drain in the bathroom was very smelly. The water from the shower drained through the wall into the bedroom soaking the carpet beside the bed so my feet were wet on getting in & out of bed. Wardrobe doors have been put in back to front making them very difficult to open. The drain water from the hotel kitchen was running past the unit.
