Good location for a one night stay.
Pros:

Location was close to family, which was great. Loved the mezzanine set up as felt quite spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit rundown looking and downstairs smelt a bit musty.

Needs some TLC
Pros:

It was nearby where we needed it for the week. The restaurant staff were lovely, they helped out when I needed assistance for our room.

Cons:

It was outdated the benchtops were cracked and there was no paint. Carpets needed a clean.

It was a reasonable distance from our event and located at manly which is beautiful

Cons:

It smelt of cigarette smoke when we walked in, the bench tops are all scratched and the toilet door did not lock/ glass shower door slammed because it’s unaligned and would almost smash into the glass panels-very scared it would break. No reception-automated key dispenser. Hallway into the apartments was dirty-floor had mud and dirt all over and looks very tired and musty

Good location and affordable stay
Pros:

I booked accommodation knowing it was attached to a pub and because it was within “budget”
Room was a good setup, small kitchenette available. All staff I dealt with were fantastic, never had any problems getting a car park - not reserved parking but close to entrance. Met my expectations for the booking and would stay again

Cons:

Other reviews have noted issues with cleaning and maintenance. Place could use some touch ups but nothing that affected the stay. Room was clean for use however were some spots that cleaners attention to detail was lacking - these were nothing major (dirty window ledges) marks on wall/door etc. soundproofing isn’t that great on rooms however this didn’t cause us any problems as guests around us were quiet and reasonable.

My break away
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy. The tv worked and was in good location with the bed. There was plenty of room to move around. Parking was outside the unit. There was plenty of tea and coffee available. The shower worked and had good pressure
