Good location but the property itself for the price needs a major overhaul
Pros:

It was a good location and lots of eating places and cafes around

Cons:

The room we had was old and dated with damage to the benchtops and outdoor furniture
At one stage someone else had a key and was able to open our door and advised my kids they were in wrong room and never came back to confirm we weee indeed in right room
Could never make contact via phone with reception
