Excellent hôtel de charme, typique allemand. Très joli hôtel dans petit village, personnel très aimable, serviable, polyglotte. Excellente restauration (dîner, petit dej) menu très varié et excellente cuisine pour nous qui sommes habitués au niveau de gastronomie française. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

This is my second stay at a Hirsch hotel and I absolutely love this chain! The hotels are always lovely, clean, and perfect! Can’t wait to stay again!

Très bel hôtel, bien situé pour visiter Strasbourg

Bon hôtel à part la petite odeur de renfermée dans la chambre + pommeau de douche défectueux dans l’ensemble ça reste un bon hôtel personnel, agréable

The restaurant at the hotel is phenomenal! The room was very clean and comfortable! The train was few steps away!

A jewel of a little German Lodge in the lovely little hamlet of Kork. The hotel is in an historic old brewery and owned by the same family for a hundred years. Mark the Owner/Chef is a friendly and knowledgeable host who helped us make the best of our two-night stay.
I chose this hotel because of its Michelin Guide recommendation, and the restaurant definitely lived up to that designation. Our meal on the first night was fantastic. I had the Caprese salad and the veal medallions with noodles. Firat class!!
The rooms are Euro-style with new bathrooms which are spacious. The showers have excellent hot water pressure. There isn't a kettle for hot water for tea, but the staff will provide hot water from the espresso machine upon request.
For those on driving tours, the hotel has six free parking spaces which is very helpful. One big advantage of this hotel is that it is next door from the commuter rail istation nto Strasbourg, which is very convenient. I definitely do not recommend driving into Strasbourg as it has restrictions and is, as expected, extremely pedestrian focused and crowded. The train time to Gare du Strasbourg is 20 minutes.
In sum, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again at this fine little hotel!

Found by chance whilst trying to find somewhere to stay near Strasbourg. So pleased I did, it’s a fantastic hotel/restaurant situated a short drive off the main road. Warmly welcomed and room was simple but clean and very comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent. It’s also a very short walk from the train station with trains to Strasbourg centre taking around 15 minutes.

Sehr nettes, serviceorientiertes Personal. Man spürt die familiäre, gute Atmosphäre im Hotel. Das Restaurant ist richtig gut. Es lohnt sich, dort zu essen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner buffet qui était excellent.

An awesome reasonably priced hotel and restaurant. Food was amazing (breakfast and dinner). The head chef even went out of her way to pick up a Schwarzwaelder Schinken for me from a local butcher a couple of towns over. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, a very pleasant experience.
