Beautiful hotel, but a sleepless night full of insects and management’s refusal to offer any adjustment ruined an otherw
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and generally we really enjoyed the facilities. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which makes what happened even more disappointing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our second night was ruined by a large number of mosquitoes and other insects in our junior suite. We had been out all day and the balcony was closed, despite this later being suggested as the possible cause.

Staff had to attend our room multiple times to hoover up the insects and eventually left the hoover with us because they continued appearing throughout the night. We were travelling with our 3-year-old daughter and even had an insect fall onto her. We barely slept.

The staff member who attended actually remembered us at checkout, apologised again and acknowledged how badly the issue had affected our night.

What disappointed me most was management’s response. Despite paying an additional €140 to upgrade to a junior suite, I was told that manager Francesco would not authorise any discount or adjustment whatsoever. I asked to speak with Francesco but was told he was unavailable as he was in a meeting.

Problems can happen, but how a hotel responds matters. Even a reasonable gesture for the night that was affected would have completely changed my view of the stay. Unfortunately, the refusal to acknowledge it financially left a very poor final impression.

Pros:

Мы остались в полном восторге - нам понравилось абсолютно все! Уборка дважды в день, еда потрясающая, сервис прекрасен, территория очень ухожена. Честно признаться, такого уровня отелей (даже в 5-ках, а это 4-ка) в Европе мы еще не видели. Огромный плюс - расположение: центр города всего в 7-10 минутах прогулки по приятной набережной.

Brilliant, we will be back.
Pros:

Loved the location, super easy to walk into Lazise. Staff were great, super friendly. Breakfast brilliant as always.

Cons:

We weren't happy with our room when we arrived but they were very helpful and moved us from night 2 onwards.

Luxuriöser Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Ort
Pros:

Das Corte Valier ist ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Gardasee unweit des kleinen hübschen Ortes Lazise.
Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, von dem wir einen herrlichen Blick über den See hatten. Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und sehr modern eingerichtet und alles wirkte wie frisch renoviert.
Es gab ein wunderschönes Frühstücksbuffet, wie wir es bisher selten erlebt haben.
Falls man länger bleibt, sollte man unbedingt am Gala- Dinner teilnehmen, die riesige Auswahl an Speisen ist einfach überwältigend.

Cons:

Es war alles perfekt, aber leider auch etwas teuer.

נהננו מאוד מהשהייה במלון. מתהליך הצ׳ק אין, החניה, החדר, הבריכה ובכלל אין ספק שנחזור למלון הזה כשנהיה שוב באזור אגם גארד

מיקום נהדר עם אפשרות יציאה נוחה לטיילת על האגם במרחק הליכה קצר מהעיר.

לא נתקלתי במשהו כזה. היה מעולה אם היו משאירים מים בחדר בכל יום ולא רק ביום ההגעה.
