Pros:

Breakfast was nice and staff very attentive.

Cons:

Evening meal was terrible, food wasn't warm and really overpriced for what it was, staff very attentive though.

The room was clean but basic for the price and the views were very unpleasant facing onto the back buildings and a lower extension roof, very dull and run down looking.

Good end to hiking the West Highland Way. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Was hiking the West Highland Way and this was a great room after completing the hike. Room was a lot nicer than I expected. Location is 1.5km short of the end of the trail, but didn't turn out to feel that far at all. Was easy walk back after celebrations in town and picking stuff up at the Tesco Express.

Cons:

Given a room right above some service area with workers going in and out making a lot of noise. Had to close the window and curtains. Just bad luck and I'm sure the other rooms were all a lot more quiet.

La ubicación sensacional y el desayuno vale la pena. El personal muy amable y la cama muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Habitaciones ruidosas, se escuchana todo y parecía que las personas del pasillo estaban dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 avec un très grand lit et un canapé lit. Le canapé lit est horrible et le très grand lit fait en réalité 150cm. l’hôtel est en travaux et nous avons dû traverser plusieurs couloirs et étages pour arriver à notre chambre

Good hotel with central location
Pros:

Nice hotel with a central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were a decent size and very clean. Nice to have a coffee machine and mini fridge!

Cons:

The shower in my room didn't work properly - the staff helped me fix it but it still wasn't quite right.

The walls are very thin so you could hear next door / corridors but this didn't prove to me much of an issue.

A great stay and a base for walking Ben Nevis
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were walking Ben Nevis and fancied an extra day in Fort William.
The hotel looks dated from the outside, has a very small car park.
The car park was made smaller by the builders who had fenced an area off and left their work area in a messy state.
Once inside though the hotel was lovely, very modern, lovely modern and clean room.
The hotel restaurant was also very good, a varied menu and cooked to perfection. Very tasty.
Breakfast was wonderful and I had the full Scottish including the haggis.
The staff here are all so friendly and helpful and make the stay even better.
Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Confortable and spacious room in our visit to Fort Williams
Pros:

Room was completely renovated, very nice and confortable, full equipped. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel parking is small and I had to park the car in another area near the hotel.
