Confortable and spacious room in our visit to Fort Williams
Pros:

Room was completely renovated, very nice and confortable, full equipped. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel parking is small and I had to park the car in another area near the hotel.

Schönes geräumiges und modernes Zimmer.

Cons:

Bauarbeiten, wegen denen der Lift gesperrt war. Der Weg in die Unterkunft war nur durch verwinkelte Gänge mit vielen Treppenstufen möglich. Der Preis dafür ist dann doch eher hoch, vor allem weil das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war. An anderen, vergleichbaren Orten haben wir die Hälfte gezahlt, und da war das Frühstück dabei.

es un bon lloc per fer escala en el viatge o si es vol visitar la zona. Esta net, en proces de renovacio

Cons:

La ciutat de Fort Wiliam no te cap interes en particular, no hi ha massa comerços o restaurants on es vingues de gust anar. L'hotel esta be, pero ara l'estan renovant. Esta al costat de la carretera, que esta be si nomes es per fer escala de cami a un altre lloc, pero per una estança mes llarga buscaria un altre lloc.

Nice hotel with great staff and clean comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The location was good for travelling through. The staff were excellent especially in the restaurant. The room looked recently refurbished and was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant although a little expensive was very tasty and the service was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

Narrow corridors and stairs. A few creaky floorboards in the room. Main car park is small.

Fantastic location, great hospitality.
Pros:

The room size was fantastic.
The hospitality was great. We ended up extending our stay for an extra night!
Location is fantastic as well.

Cons:

There are refurbishments going on - not something that we didn’t like or minded, but there was some discomfort with building works’ noise. The staff was quick to respond to our concerns and managed the situation really well.

All I hoped it would be
Pros:

Lorna on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Food was exquisite
Room was outstanding, newly refurbished. Got downstairs disabled friendly room even though not disabled. Corridor around room was undergoing refurbishment works but this did not affect the quality of our stay. Lorna offered to swap us after 1st night after we queried if work would disrupt us in the morning but it wasn’t necessary, good of her to offer though. Excellent & would recommend to anyone

Nice rooms, breakfast could be improved
Pros:

Room and it’s size

Cons:

Very noisy bathroom, a bit of a maze to get to the room within the hotel.
Breakfast is not worth the money.

Very central hotel to all amenities, staff were excellent.
Pros:

Staff exceptionally helpful, food excellent although a bit pricy, lovely clean restaurant and room. Room size and bathroom was excellent. Would stay again.

Cons:

Mattress was a little lopsided seems a bit old. I prefer a good solid firm mattress.
