The room itself was spotless, with a lovely view of Ben Nevis, and a very comfortable room. The breakfast was not included but I paid for it separately and it was really exceptional. Also had dinner at the restaurant and it was really lovely. The service was exceptional and very helpful with all my questions on the upcoming trip.

Cons:

The sound proofing was quite poor, you could hear a lot of what was happening on the corridors. The outside of the property looked a bit more run down than the interior.

Very good place for a short stay
Pros:

On the road, but perfect for a short stay. Rooms are big, well equipped, perfectly clean. The hotel seems new.

Nice enough for a night
Pros:

My husband really liked how comfortable the bed was

Cons:

It felt a little run down. It was being remodeled but it was still creaking a bit and had an odd layout

Has everything you need at a good value
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the restaurant on the main floor was quite good.

Cons:

The room was very tight—fine for one person but possibly too cramped for a couple. The shower head was a bit weak.

Pros:

L’emplacement (départ de rando et centre de Fort William accessibles à pied), le parking gratuit, la chambre spacieuse et au calme absolu, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la restauration (petit déjeuner copieux et excellent)… merci à toute l’équipe
