Es war bereits der dritte Aufenthalt und alles in Ordnung.
Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nachts nicht die beste Wahl, da der Verkehr immer zu hören ist (bei gekipptem Fenster).

Frühstück soweit gut, eigentlich alles da was man braucht. Minikühlschrank/ Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Den ersten Abend war ich noch recht begeistert. Wir waren auf einer Messe. Leicht ausgekühlt, haben wir diese am Samstag eher beendet um die Sauna zu nutzen. Uns wurde gesagt diese ist extra zu zahlen, die wäre nur in einem Arrangement kostenlos. Das hatte ich noch in keinem Hotel. Beim Frühstück hatten wir 2 Tage in Folge Leberwurst mit abgelaufenen MHD auf dem Tisch.
Es macht einen schlechten Eindruck, wenn das Reinigungspersonal mit einem Getränk in der Lobby sitzen, am Handy spielen und und gähnen ohne eine Hand vor den Mund zu nehmen.
Bei der Abreise funktionierte die Amex Karte nicht, ich wurde nicht gefragt ob ich zufrieden war und nach einer Rechnung für meine Firma musste ich explizit fragen.
Nächstes Wochenende sind wir wieder dort, werden aber definitiv ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, geräumiges Familienzimmer mit Badewanne war sehr sehr praktisch für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Breakfast and restaurant are no higher praise! Really - perfect!
Very fresh, very tasty, excellent selection!
Extremely polite and professional staff in restaurant

Cons:

Very bad cleaning
You have to ask each time to clean the room and to change the towels and even you ask the real cleaning is too questionable
Young feel an young boys at the reception are very polite and helpful, but the woman-receptionist in age is very unfriendly and ignores any customers' requests, apparently very tired and therefore a little angry))
