Good hotel. Near shops and beautiful beach
Pros:

Hotel was very clean. My room was cleaned each..it was spotlessly clean. Well done to lady who cleaned 601. Bed changed. Towels changed daily. Breakfast was fine. Juice fruit cereal yogurt meats cheese breads and croissants. .
Reception staff are most professional and friendly.
Hotel is good value. Near beach..40 steps up to entrance. Lots of good restaurants. I highly recommend Pipo...Great staff and gear value.

Cons:

Pool tiled area needs ro be cleaned tiles repaired and plaster work restored. Pool itself was OK. Loungers needs to be cleaned. This area needs updating as it let's hotel down.

Soy cliente habitual del hotel desde hace muchos años. He encontrado el mantenimiento de las instalaciones descuidado, hasta tal punto que no considero que se merezca, actualmente, la cuatro estrellas.

Don’t think we will be back in a rush

The receptionist [charlie and Amhed) were very good and helpful.the saltwater pool was great. Without the two receptionist we would not have had a good stay.

We booked breakfast, but it was the worst breakfast we have ever.
had, only ham,cheese,salamy some fruit,yogurt normal breads etc. they started to remove everything at 10.25 and the coffee machine was stopped. The supervisor was not a very friendly person, so we only had one breakfast and no more
The pool bar opened as and when and there was a charge for extra ice. The upstairs bar was never maned, the receptionist had to come and serve. The sum loungers are quite dangerous, my husband had a bad cut from the blue sun loungers at arm level,very sharp
