Il ragazzo alla reception ci ha chiesto 50€ su 65€ già pagati in prenotazione, altrimenti non ci avrebbe dato la stanza. La prenotazione non era rimborsabile e siamo stati costretti a dargliene 30€. In tutto 95€! State attenti a queste truffe

Hotel war nicht zu schlecht. Zimmer sind alt und braucht renovierung. Die geben kein handtuch für duschen. Bringen Sie bitte eigene mit. Hotel liegt 500m unten grandbazaar. Wie sind 2 personen zimmet 22€ bezahlt. Günstiger als hostel dorm room. Rezeption nicht offen nacht. Er schlacht hinten im zimmer er schlißt hotel eingang türe. Fernseher hat kein sendungen. Ich finde hotel nicht extreem tool. Für diese preis gut.

Sıva su sadece ben isteyince acildi. Giriş kapi 20 cm yanağın durumunda ne yapardın bilmem. Fön çakışmıyor. Temizlik hiç gelmedi 4 gün. Havlun değişimi olmadi. Cami açamadım önünde rulo var. Sabah saat 8 de işçilerin sesine uyamıyordum. Asla asla birdaha gitmem.

Konumu güzel ama benim kaldığım oda hareket edilmeyecek kadar küçüktü

Otel genel anlamda fena sayılmaz. Ama Konaklamamızın ikinci gününde havluların kullanım sonrası değişmesini özellikle belirtmeme rağmen değiştirmemişlerdi. Duş kabininde gider tıkalıydı ve çok zor gidiyordu su birikintisi. Yataklar yeterince rahattı

The hotle was terrible, no wifi ,no hot water for shower , no AC , durty rooms .
When i wanted to cancel my booking the hotel tried to steal my money by telling me that i will get refund but the wont give me .
Workers in reception act very bad with me and never tried to help .

There is no internet, the TV does not work, there is no channel, the safe does not work, the room is very, very small, the cleanliness is zero, the service is zero, and the shower window is on the main street. When you take a shower, people see you in the street. It is the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life and it does not deserve one star.

Le seule problème c’était la Wi-Fi qui ne marchait pas durant tout le séjour ce qui était très problématique
Mais plutôt satisfait de l’hôtel
Réception très à l’écoute et arrangeante

We have had a terrible experience at this hotel which was further ruined by lack of help from Expedia customer service and the hotel staff combined. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have young children.
Do not be fooled by the pictures you see on expedia website. We saw and booked a triple room with a double and a single bed. What we actually received was a tiny double room. The double bed was shifted all the way to one side, blocking access to the mini fridge and the wardrobe and the little available space on the other side of the bed was filled with a small folding type bed with a thin mattress. Due to this arrangement, the room had very little space to move around as you can imagine.
Before our travel, I used the expedia app to send a message to the hotel to confirm if the room as a Kettle/Coffee maker, Mini bar and Iron board available. I contacted Expedia customer agent who confirmed on the web chat that above facilities are indeed supplied. Upon arrival, none of these were present and hotel manager refused to supply these.
Bathroom was extremely tiny with no windows and on top of that, the extractor fan was broken. Hotel manager acknowledge this but refused to get it fixed and shrugged us off.
Room was generally old and dated, there were exposed wires near the AC unit. We also encountered flies/mosquitos in our room.
Hotel in general is a tiny property. There are no lifts and stairs are small and go up in a spiral.

Rina ar check in was friendly.
No elevator - you have to carry your heavy suitcases up the steps

I give them below 0 because i am never seen in my life this type dirty hotel or my air-condition is not working when i asked for manager to fix my problem he said leave my hotel no tea cattle in the room no lift in this hotel or not safe for kids

disappointing experience, ruined our stay. No cleanliness, first of all not provided the room as booked.
junk box was kept in room, ac not working. Overall very bad experience. Bathroom was so moldy and pathetic.

This hotel cannot be 4 stars hotel. It may deserve 1 star. I reserved 4 rooms, and paid for 4 rooms, when I checked in, they sold 2 rooms and left 2 rooms for me, they transferred my reservation to another hotel, 500m away form this hotel, I tried to cancel the booking and asked for refund the hotel reception refused to cancel the booking.
