Review Highlights

Pros:
Clean rooms frequently praised
Friendly/helpful staff in many reports
Good location (near beach, restaurants)
Free Netflix on TV / family-friendly (children stay free)
Some guests described comfortable stays and recommended the hotel
Cons:
Air conditioning issues / rooms reported as hot
Pool under renovation or not available for some stays
Old facilities (gym, TV, furnishings) and lack of valet parking
Breakfast limited / not very diverse; some charges for espresso
Occasional poor management/customer-handling reports and corridor odors

Categories

Cleanliness
8.9
Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness (e.g., 'Clean', 'propreté', 'النظافه'), though a few reports of dirty bedsheets and corridor odors reduce the score slightly.
Service
8
Service is frequently noted as friendly and helpful (several mentions of courteous staff and a standout receptionist), but there are recurring complaints about cold welcomes, poor handling by some staff/management and policy issues.
Location
8.7
Location is repeatedly cited as a strong point (close to beach, next to restaurants, 'الموقع جيد'), with a few guests mentioning it was farther than expected for them.
Room Quality
7.2
Several complaints about room condition: old furnishings, hot/poor air conditioning, curtains not closing well and isolated reports of cleanliness issues in bedding — overall below average for this hotel tier.
Amenities
7.5
Amenities are mixed: pool was under renovation for some stays, gym described as old/no AC, no valet parking noted, TV/outdated channels but positives include free Netflix and available pool/entertainment when operational.
Value for Money
7.8
Perceptions of value vary: some guests say the price is good, others feel it is not worth the cost especially when key amenities (pool) were closed — overall slightly below target.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast is repeatedly described as limited or not diverse (charged espresso, lacking variety in breads and fruit), though some guests found it acceptable.
Overall Experience
9.1
Despite several specific issues (AC, some management/staff problems, amenities under renovation), many guests called the stay 'perfect', recommended the hotel and praised staff and cleanliness — resulting in a strong overall impression.

Une rénovation est nécessaire !
Pros:

Pros:

The new rooms are better than the old. Hotel interior has improved than before.

Cons:

The room temperature was 18 deg , not able to lower it. Maintenance could not help in the evening. It needed to switch off AC. Even keeping switching off AC, temperature was okay.
